Cleansing, Moisturizing and Non-Irritating Topical Compositions
A non-irritating topical composition for moisturizing and cleansing the skin includes: a mixture of moisturizers and conditioning agents; a mixture of surfactants; a mixture of anti-irritant agents; and a mixture of hydrating and rejuvenation agents, in an aqueous vehicle. At least one ingredient in each of the ingredient groups consisting of moisturizers and conditioning agents, surfactants, anti-irritant agents, and hydrating and rejuvenation agents is plant-derived. The composition is essentially free from any synthetic additives or by-products. The composition has a pH in the range of 5.0-8.0.
SKIN CARE COMPOSITIONS
A skin care composition for improving the appearance of the skin. The skin care composition comprises petroleum jelly, a vegetable oil blend and an antioxidant. The concentration of the vegetable oil blend in the composition is at least 50% (v/v). In some embodiments, the vegetable oil blend comprises apricot oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil and argan oil. In some embodiments, the vegetable oil blend further comprises castor oil and vegetable glycerin oil. The skin care composition may optionally further include an essential oil such as lavender oil and a substance from the plant of the Aloe genus.
Dyestuffs of plant origin and use thereof for colouring compositions, in particular cosmetic compositions
The invention relates to a dyestuff of plant origin, obtained from a colored part of a plant species, the cell tissues of which contain iridisomes responsible for the coloration of said part. It relates most particularly to a blue dyestuff obtained from the arils of the seeds of the plant species Ravenala madagascariensis. It also relates to compositions, in particular cosmetic compositions, especially intended for making up the skin or superficial body growths, containing said dyestuff.
Skin-moisturising or wrinkle-improving external composition and cosmetic composition
The present invention relates to a skin-moisturizing or wrinkle-improving external composition or cosmetic composition which contains, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by Formula 1, which can be extracted from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition prevents skin moisture loss and thus suppresses skin tissue damage induced by UV rays and so has a skin-wrinkle preventing or alleviating effect.

The present disclosure relates method of tanning a person including applying a moisturizer to an applicator and applying a tanning solution to the applicator.
