WHEEL ASSEMBLY INCLUDING INNER AND OUTER RIM COUPLED RINGS DEFINING A MECHANICAL STOP AND RELATED METHODS
A wheel assembly to be coupled to a hub of a vehicle may include an inner rim to be coupled to the hub of the vehicle and an outer rim surrounding the hub. The wheel assembly may also include gas springs operatively coupled between the inner rim and the outer rim to provide a gas suspension for relative movement between the inner rim and the outer rim. The wheel assembly may also include an outer ring coupled to the outer rim and an inner ring coupled to the inner rim and defining a closeable gap with adjacent portions of the outer ring to define a mechanical stop to limit relative movement of the inner rim and outer rim.
Wheel of a Vehicle
A wheel of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, has a rim, a hub portion, and at least two spokes connecting the hub portion to the rim. At least two adjoining spokes are connected to each other by at least one connecting web which is arranged in a space between the spokes, is not attached to the rim and the hub portion, and extends at least approximately in the circumferential direction of the wheel.
Wheel for a motorcycle or a motor scooter
The invention relates to a wheel for a powered two-wheeler, in particular a motorcycle or a motor scooter, that is at least sectionally made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material. A hub area (12) of the wheel (IO) is provided with two rigid, self-supporting, metal inserts (18, 20), which are arranged on axially opposite sides of the hub area (12), and which in an axial and radial direction (A, r) are connected to one another in a form-fit manner.
Vehicle wheel
A wheel width direction (Y) cross-section of a well portion (11A) includes a hump portion (H1) and a hump portion (H2) that protrude to the outside (Z1) in a wheel radial direction (Z), and a curved surface (11s) that connects hump portion (H1) and hump portion (H2) and is sunken to the inside (Z2) in the wheel radial direction (Z). The curved surface (11s) is formed as a series of circular arcs (11e, 11f, 11g) that have centers of curvature (O1, O2, O3) that are further to the outside (Z1) in the wheel radial direction (Z) than the curved surface (11s).
FRONT AXLE BEAM
A disclosed front axle beam includes a beam section. The beam section includes a first flange part, a second flange part, and a web section connecting the first flange part and the second flange part. The web section includes a varying-slope section that includes a plurality of first slope sections and a plurality of second slope sections. Each of the plurality of first slope sections inclines in one direction with respect to the vehicle-height direction in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Each of the plurality of second slope sections inclines in the opposite direction to the one direction with respect to the vehicle-height direction in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The first slope section and the second slope section are located in an alternate manner along the longitudinal direction. In this way, the rigidity of the front axle beam can be increased.
WHEEL SPOKE BACK CAVITY WEIGHT REDUCTION SOCKET
A motor vehicle aluminum alloy hub having weight reduction sockets at the back cavity includes a wheel disc and a rim; the wheel disc includes a flange, a flange peripheral portion and spokes; the spoke includes a spoke main arm on one side close to the flange, and two spoke branch arms extend from the spoke main arm; the spoke includes a spoke weight reduction socket on one side of the back cavity, and the spoke weight reduction socket is V-shaped; the spokes include five flange peripheral portion weight reduction sockets uniformly distributed around the flange on the back of the flange peripheral portion; and the flange includes flange weight reduction sockets between bolt holes on one side of the back cavity.
Axle unit
The invention concerns an axle unit comprising a stub axle and a tube unit, wherein the stub axle at least in regions is configured rotationally symmetrically about a stub axis and has a channel which extends substantially parallel to the stub axis, wherein the tube unit is configured as a hollow body and extends substantially along a tube axis, wherein the tube unit has a recess running transversely to the tube axis, wherein a line element is provided which can be brought into fluid-tight connection with the channel and passed through the recess of the tube unit. A method for production of an axle unit is also given.
FREEWHEEL HUB FOR A BICYCLE
The present invention relates to a freewheel hub for a bicycle, comprising a freewheel device which optionally allows relative rotation between a hub sleeve and a driver or couples the hub sleeve and the driver in a torque-transmitting manner. The freewheel device has at least one first clutch ring and at least one second clutch ring, wherein the first clutch ring is coupled or coupleable to the hub sleeve in a torque-transmitting manner, and wherein the second clutch ring is coupleable or coupled to the driver in a torque-transmitting manner, and wherein the first and the second clutch ring are displaceable axially relative to the hub axle between an engaged position and a freewheel position. Provision is made here for at least one magnet arrangement accommodated in apertures in the first clutch ring to keep the clutch rings in the engaged position.

A wheel hub includes an outer collar region, as seen in the radial direction, and an inner core region, as seen in the radial direction, wherein, as seen in the axial direction, the inner core region is thicker than the outer collar region, and wherein, in the inner core region, the wheel hub has a substantially axially running primary recess for the connection of a brake disk.
