Axle Unit
The present invention relates to an axle unit comprising an axle tube and an axle stub, wherein the axle stub is formed to be rotationally symmetrical with respect to a stub axis in some regions and has a channel which extends substantially parallel to the stub axis, wherein the axle stub has a first connection portion which has an engagement geometry for fluid-tight connection to the channel, wherein the axle tube is formed to be substantially rotationally symmetrical about a tube axis and wherein the axle tube and the axle stub are fixed on/to one another by way of a cross-member in such a way that the tube axis and the stub axis are spaced from one another.
VEHICLE WHEEL COMPRISING A WHEEL RIM AND A WHEEL DISC
The invention relates to a vehicle wheel comprising a wheel rim, a wheel disc and at least one connecting element that connects the wheel disc and the wheel rim, wherein the connecting element is guided through a through-hole of the wheel rim and is joined in a joining channel of the wheel disc. According to the invention, an elongated sleeve (4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3) is provided that surrounds the connecting element (3, 3.1, 3.2) coaxially, which sleeve is designed and arranged in such a way that at least part of said sleeve interlockingly extends into a corresponding recess (7) of the wheel rim (1.1, 1.2) and into a corresponding recess (8) of the wheel disc (2.1).
BRAKE ROTOR AND LIGHTWEIGHT WHEEL ASSEMBLY
A brake rotor includes a friction portion, a hat portion axially extending from the friction portion and including a top face that is axially displaced from the friction portion and a side wall that extends from the friction portion to the top face, and a nose portion which extends axially from the top face of the hat portion away from the friction portion.
AIRCRAFT RECOVERY DOLLY
A wheel dolly for lifting and transporting a flat tire attached to an aircraft is comprised of a frame assembly having first and second laterally spaced frame members and a telescopic frame structure interposed between the laterally spaced frame members. A pair of tire lifting assemblies are fixedly coupled the frame assembly. A pair of actuators is coupled between the tire lifting assemblies to force the tire lifting assemblies toward one another in order to raise a flat tire on an aircraft. A plurality of wheels is coupled to the frame assembly to allow the frame assembly to roll in any direction.
Wheel for a vehicle
A wheel includes a rim that is at least partially made from a fiber reinforced plastic. The rim has an inner side extending to the hub region of the wheel and an outer side extending centrifugally away from the hub region of the wheel whereby the outer side includes a well which is interconnected with an outer shoulder by a transition area. A wheel center is interconnected with the inner side of the rim by at least one fastener wherein the at least one fastener penetrates the rim via at least one opening that extends from the inner side of the rim to the outer side of the rim. An annular cover is arranged at the outer side of the rim in a circumferential direction around the wheel and thereby covers the at least one fastener and/or the at least one opening.
Wheel spoke with thickened edges around heat dissipation holes and its processing device
A lightweight wheel spoke for an automobile increases the strength around the heat dissipation holes by thickening the material around the heat dissipation hole on the inner wall of the spoke. The thinning of the material between the heat dissipation holes, that is where there is no heat dissipation holes on the tapered barrel, enables the tapered barrel of the spoke to form a unique concave-convex structure on the inner wall or the outer wall, thereby enabling the entire spoke to be secured.
Assembled wheel
An assembled wheel includes a spoke, a T nut, a screw, a fixing ring, a rim, a brake drum. In use, the T nut is installed in the outermost T groove of the spoke; a second boss on a connecting ring fits with the groove on the back of the spoke; the spoke, the connecting ring and the fixing ring are connected together by the first screw; grooves on the outer side of the brake drum fit with a first boss in the right circumferential direction of the fixing ring; and the second screw axially fixes the brake drum in the fixing ring through a spacer.
Axle system
Axle system for use in utility vehicles includes a suspension arm and a clamping unit, wherein the clamping unit has a base element and a clamping element, wherein the base element is substantially arranged on a first side and the clamping element on the second side of the suspension arm lying opposite the first side, wherein the base element is configured to be secured to an axle element, and wherein a tensile element is configured to apply a tensile force between the clamping element and the base element, such that the suspension arm is held by force fit between the clamping element and the base element.
VEHICLE WHEEL DISC, VEHICLE WHEEL INCLUDING SUCH A WHEEL DISC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A WHEEL DISC AND VEHICLE WHEEL
A wheel disc comprises a wheel mounting portion defining a wheel axis, a plurality of spokes radially extending from the wheel mounting portion, and a rim junction on at least one spoke of the plurality of spokes. The rim junction is at an end of the at least one spoke opposite the wheel mounting portion. A first portion of the rim junction extends in an axial direction. Second and third portions of the rim junction extend in a circumferential direction. The axial direction is parallel to the wheel axis and the circumferential direction is in a plane perpendicular to the wheel axis.
VEHICLE WHEEL DISC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VEHICLE WHEEL DISC
A vehicle wheel disc includes a flat plate-shaped hub-mounted part, a cylindrical rim-mounted part, and a hat-shaped part. The hat-shaped part includes a hat top portion, a hat inner peripheral portion, and a hat outer peripheral portion. At a border between the hub-mounted part and the hat inner peripheral portion, a first connecting portion is provided, and at a border between the hat top portion and the hat outer peripheral portion, a second connecting portion is provided. The plate thickness of the hat outer peripheral portion is smaller than the plate thickness of an intermediate portion that is a portion from a border between the first connecting portion and the hat inner peripheral portion to a border between the hat top portion and the second connecting portion in the disc radial direction.
