Mower deck roller assembly
A mower deck can include roller assemblies that prolong the life of bearings by more evenly distributing the roller's load to the bearings. The roller assembly can include a roller that is secured between opposing bearings via a tapered shaft of the roller and a correspondingly tapered collar that is housed within the corresponding bearing. The interface between the tapered shaft and the tapered collar causes the collar to be secured snugly within the bearing while also providing even distribution of the roller's load to the bearing.
Carbon fiber spoke and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention discloses a carbon fiber spoke and a manufacturing method thereof. The carbon fiber spoke includes a spoke body made of carbon fiber, a screw bushing that is fit and connected with rim and a nut cap bushing that is fit and connected with the hub. Two end parts of the spoke body are provided with solid joints. The outside surface of the solid joint is provided with a first tapered section. The screw bushing and the nut cap bushing are provided with penetrable mounting holes. The hole wall surrounding the mounting hole is provided with a second tapered section. The mounting hole of the screw bushing and the mounting hole of the nut cap bushing are respectively fixed to the two solid joints; the second tapered section of the mounting hole and the first tapered section of the solid joint are fit and connected together.
ROLLING BEARING UNIT
A rolling bearing unit includes: an inner ring member having a recess on a first side in an axial direction along a rotation axis, which is recessed toward a second side in the axial direction; an outer ring member on an outer peripheral side of the inner ring member; a rolling body between the inner ring member and the outer ring member; a non-contact transmitter using electric field coupling capable of transmitting at least one of an electric power or a signal and including a stationary-side transmission part including a stationary-side electrode and a rotary-side transmission part including a rotary-side electrode facing the stationary-side electrode; and a covering member supported by the first side of the outer ring member in the axial direction, covering the first side of the inner ring member in the axial direction, and fixing the stationary-side transmission part to the first side in the axial direction.
Corner caster attachment
A caster attachment is provided. The caster attachment includes a body portion having an angled plate attached to a bottom plate. The angled plate and bottom plate fit an outside corner of a case. A fastener receiving portion is affixed to the body portion. The body portion has a hole for receiving a rivet. The fastener receiving portion has a threaded bore. There is a fastener that is attached to a wheel. The fastener is attachable and detachable to the threaded bore.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRELOADING A BEARING AND ALIGNING A LOCK NUT
A system for use in providing a load on a bearing mounted to a shaft includes a preload apparatus having a first extension and a second extension engageable with an inner race of the bearing and configured to provide a compressive load to the bearing. The first extension has a first projection and the second extension has a second projection. A stop ring is configured to limit a radially inward movement of the first extension and the second extension toward each other to position the first projection and the second projection relative to the bearing.
ULTRALIGHT TWO-TRACK TRAIN THAT DOES NOT DERAIL
The ultralight two track train that does not derail, made up of one or more ultralight wagons and aerodynamic, oval or semi-oval transverse profiles, characterized in that the wagons carry vertical or inclined wheels or pulley wheels in their lower area and supported by the chassis of the wagons, which rest and roll on a pair of vertical or inclined rails, the channels of the pulley wheels are supported and held on the head of circular, semicircular or semi-oval section of the rails, the heads of the rails being trapped with the pulley wheels, adding pairs of wheels that use a common axis, the rails are coupled and fixed tongue and groove to the sleepers or to some monolithic structures or channels, the sleepers are fixed using the track system on concrete slab, using electrical supply means, propellant means and reducing means of the front, rear and lateral resistance of the wagons, adding wheels with permanent magnets or with electromagnets that are attached, or run close and attracted by the rails.
FREEWHEEL HUB
The present disclosure provides a bicycle hub that provides improved drive line efficiency and bike-to-rider torque feedback. The drive line efficiencies are due to lower rolling resistance resulting from a novel bearing and sprag clutch configuration, a lightweight design, and immediate torque transfer from the cassette drive to the hub body. The bike-to-rider feedback has been improved as the torque transfer is smooth, predictable, and immediate.
Bearing device for vehicle wheel
A bearing device (1) for a vehicle wheel provided with: an outer member (2); and an inner member comprising a hub wheel (3), and at least one inner wheel (4) press-fitted into the small-diameter ridge (3A) of the hub wheel (3); wherein a belt-shaped part (2F) that radially protrudes by a protrusion amount (P1) is formed over a prescribed width (W1) in the outer peripheral surface of the outer member (2) so that at least part of the belt-shaped part (2F) radially overlaps the outside rolling surface (2D) which is on the vehicle-wheel-attachment-flange-facing side of the outer member (2). The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bearing device for a vehicle wheel in which the amount of deformation in an opening of an outer member can be reduced and decreases in rolling fatigue service life can be prevented while keeping overall weight increase to a minimum.
Tire
The provided tire has excellent durability regardless of use in a high-humidity environment or contact with water, even though the framework member of the tire is made of a resin material. The resin material is made of a resin composition including 60 mass % or more of a polyamide resin formed by polymerizing an aliphatic diamine having 6 to 20 carbon atoms and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 10 to 20 carbon atoms.
Systems and methods for preloading a bearing and aligning a lock nut
An apparatus for providing a load on a bearing mounted to a shaft which includes an attaching member releasably connectable to a shaft and a press mechanism coupled to the attaching member. The press mechanism is configured to provide a compressive load to the bearing. An aligning ring has an aligning projection configured to engage a shaft slot of the shaft to align the press mechanism relative to the shaft when the attaching member connects to the shaft. The projection extends radially inwardly from a circumferential portion of the aligning ring. The aligning ring extends circumferentially around the attaching member and is rotatable relative to the attaching member. The aligning ring includes a plurality of ring indicating markings to allow an alignment of a ring indicating marking of the plurality of ring indicating markings with a lock nut connected to the shaft.
