Bicycle hub assembly
A bicycle hub assembly comprises a sprocket support body. The sprocket support body includes at least ten external spline teeth, a base support, and a larger-diameter part. The at least ten external spline teeth are configured to engage with a bicycle rear sprocket assembly. The at least ten external spline teeth radially outwardly extend from the base support. The larger-diameter part extends radially outwardly from the base support. Each of the at least ten external spline teeth has an external-spline driving surface and an external-spline non-driving surface.
Carbon fiber spoke and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention discloses a carbon fiber spoke and a manufacturing method thereof. The carbon fiber spoke includes a spoke body made of carbon fiber, a screw bushing that is fit and connected with rim and a nut cap bushing that is fit and connected with the hub. Two end parts of the spoke body are provided with solid joints. The outside surface of the solid joint is provided with a first tapered section. The screw bushing and the nut cap bushing are provided with penetrable mounting holes. The hole wall surrounding the mounting hole is provided with a second tapered section. The mounting hole of the screw bushing and the mounting hole of the nut cap bushing are respectively fixed to the two solid joints; the second tapered section of the mounting hole and the first tapered section of the solid joint are fit and connected together.
AXLE ASSEMBLY
An improved axle may comprise three design features that, used individually or in combination, may drastically improve axle performance and decrease the likelihood of axle damage and/or deformation resulting from vehicle weight, jounce load, combined cornering load, and/or curb strike load. These three features are: dual opposed tapered roller bearings, increased shaft diameter at the bearings, and reinforced flange back face.
VEHICLE WHEEL AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING A VEHICLE WHEEL
A vehicle wheel for mounting at least two tires, an assembly comprising the vehicle wheel, methods of making the vehicle wheel, and methods of using the vehicle wheel. The vehicle wheel comprises a generally cylindrical first region, a generally cylindrical second region, a third region, and a fourth region. The first region comprises a first tire mount disposed about a circumference of an outer surface of the first region. The second region comprises a second tire mount disposed about a circumference of an outer surface of the second region. The third region is disposed intermediate and connecting the first region and the second region. The fourth region is integral with and extends radially inward from an inner surface of the third region. The fourth region is configured to mount to a vehicle axle. The first, second, third, and fourth regions are regions of a monolithic body.
Axle Assembly Drain Plug Guard For Landfill Compactor
The present disclosure is an axle assembly for a landfill compactor. The axle assembly may comprise an axle housing, a carrier housing located proximate the center of the axle housing, a drain plug located on an underside of the carrier housing, and a guard attached to the underside of the carrier housing with adhesive such that the guard covers the drain plug, the guard being configured to protect and give access to the drain.
FREEWHEEL HUB
The present disclosure provides a bicycle hub that provides improved drive line efficiency and bike-to-rider torque feedback. The drive line efficiencies are due to lower rolling resistance resulting from a novel bearing and sprag clutch configuration, a lightweight design, and immediate torque transfer from the cassette drive to the hub body. The bike-to-rider feedback has been improved as the torque transfer is smooth, predictable, and immediate.
Hub Gauge Device For Determining Hub Dimensions Relevant For Wheel Building
The hub gauge device allows a user to quickly and accurately determine the precise center of a bicycle hub by placing the bicycle hub into a hub gauge device in a horizontal orientation. Once the center is determined, one or more relevant hub dimensions may be determined. The hub gauge device includes an adjustable hub rest having a first support and a second support, allowing the user to place the bicycle hub into the hub gauge device so that one hub axle is supported by the first support and the second hub axle is supported by the second support. The first support and the second support are each adjustably connected to a gear assembly, allowing for coordinated movement of the supports in relation to a fixed center point of the hub gauge device; in other words, the first support and the second support move in concert and thus remain equidistant to the fixed center point. Once the user has placed the bicycle hub into the adjustable hub rest, the gear assembly facilitates automatic centering of the bicycle hub within the hub gauge device and thus a precise center point of the bicycle hub is indicated by the center point marked on the fixed indicator. Once the center of the bicycle hub is determined, other dimensions relevant to bicycle repair, including flange-to-center dimensions, pitch circle or flange diameters, or spoke hole diameters, may be read and/or calculated.
WHEEL HUB AND A SYSTEM FORMED OF WHEEL HUB AND BRAKE ELEMENT
A wheel hub for a utility vehicle includes a brake element abutment surface against which a brake element bears in an installed state, and a positive-locking arrangement which interacts in positively locking fashion, as viewed in a direction of rotation, with the brake element in the installed state, and/or a receiving region for a positive-locking arrangement which interacts in positively locking fashion, as viewed in a direction of rotation, with the brake element in the installed state.
Hidden-handle quick-release structure
A handle-hidden quick-release structure has: an outer shaft lever having a shaft lever external thread on an outer circumferential surface of one end thereof, at least one clamping slot on the other end face thereof and an axially extending receiving hole, wherein a wall of the receiving hole has a step surface; an internally hidden rotating handle having a first rod body and a second rod body, wherein the first rod body is disposed in the receiving hole of the outer shaft lever, a stop portion radially protrudes outwards from the first rod body, the second rod body has a rod body and a rod head, the rod body is disposed in the receiving hole, one end of the rod body is pivoted to the first rod body, the other end of the rod body is connected with the rod head.
Vehicle wheel having barbed bead seat
A vehicle wheel having a central axis. The wheel comprises a bead seat configured to engage a bead of a tire, the bead seat extending circumferentially about the central axis of the wheel. The bead seat comprises a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a base extending between the first and second sidewalls. The first and second sidewalls extend radially outwardly from the base, and the base includes a radially outwardly-facing surface extending circumferentially about the central axis, and one or more barbs projecting from the radially outwardly-facing surface in a radially outwardly direction.
