QUICK RELEASE APPARATUS FOR BICYCLE TIRE OR TUBE
A quick release apparatus for a bicycle tire or tube is provided, which reduces time and effort spent in changing the tire or tube. A main wheel frame and a sub wheel frame are provided. These two frames with rim respectively can be assembled to construct a complete wheel frame set. When said main wheel frame connects with the sub wheel frame, it provides a complete rim with two walls for containing the tube. When said main wheel frame leaves said sub wheel frame, it generates a gap between these two frames for removing the tube easily.
BICYCLE HUB SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE INCLUDING A FRONT HUB LOCKING MECHANISM
A bicycle hub system, method and device including rear and front hub assemblies. Both the rear and front hub assemblies include locking mechanisms with matching undulating splined coupling faces that correspond to complementary undulating splined coupling faces of a wheel hub.
Two-part wheel
While specific embodiments of the invention have been shown and described in detail to illustrate the application of the principles of the invention, it will be understood that the invention may be embodied otherwise without departing from such principles.
Assembly tool for wheel hub
An assembly tool for assembly and replacement of bolts on a wheel hub is revealed. The tool includes a first tool set and a second tool set. The first tool set has a base and a fastener. The base is a circular body with a receiving part. A pad is disposed on the receiving part and a bearing is arranged under the pad. The fastener includes a hexagonal head, an enlarged part, a cylindrical part and an axial hole arranged with a thread. The second tool set has a first arm and a second arm pivotally connected to each other. A wheel bolt is pressed into the wheel hub by the first tool set while the wheel hub is positioned by the first and second arms of the second tool set fastened with the wheel bolts of the wheel hub for convenient assembly of the wheel bolts.
Tapered fastener
A vibration resistant nut is provided for attaching a working surface to a threaded stud, the stud extending through a hole defined through the working surface. The nut includes an annulus for receiving the stud. The annulus includes a cylindrical portion and a tapered terminal end portion for being received in the hole. The tapered terminal end portion extends from the cylindrical portion. The tapered terminal end portion has an outer surface that narrows diametrically from the cylindrical portion. The nut includes a head extending from the cylindrical portion of the annulus opposite the tapered terminal end portion, the head having outer engagement surfaces for engaging a tool for rotation of the nut, the head having a threaded interior for engaging threads of the stud.
LOAD MOVEMENT EFFECTOR AND METHOD OF USE
A load balancer includes an articulating assembly connected with a support mechanism. The articulating assembly is connected to a support assembly where the support assembly is able to secure a load thereto. The articulating assembly articulates the support assembly and thereby the load between a first position and a second position. The articulating assembly includes at least one linkage assembly interposed between the attachment member and the support assembly. The at least one linkage assembly includes an arm and an actuator where the actuator is selectively pivotable relative to the arm. The load balance and the load together have a center of gravity. The center of gravity remains substantially aligned with an attachment to the support mechanism during the articulation of the support assembly between the first position and the second position.
