An adjustable front axle includes an axle housing; an axle tube connected to an end of the axle housing; an inner-C-forging disposed on the axle tube at an end away from the axle housing; and a mounting apparatus configured for detachably fixing the inner-C-forging to the axle tube. The inner-C-forging is provided with a first angle adjustment structure, the axle tube is provided with a second angle adjustment structure. The mounting apparatus is disposed on the axle tube, and capable of cooperating with the inner-C-forging to fix the inner-C-forging to the axle tube. The first angle adjustment structure and the second angle adjustment structure have different cooperation positions such that the inner-C-forging has different installation angles relative to the axle tube. A vehicle is also provided.

A wheel assembly for a non-pneumatic tire includes a wheel including an inboard side, an outboard side, and an outer surface, the outer surface including at least one taper extending from the inboard side to the outboard side, and a locking ring configured to abut against at least one of the inboard side and the outboard side of the wheel and to secure the non-pneumatic tire to the wheel.

A wheel hub and removable bolt ring assembly for air disk braking system includes a hub cylinder, a bolt ring, a locking collar, a plurality of L-shaped locking recesses, and a plurality of rotor mounts that are concentrically positioned around a central axis. The plurality of rotor mounts is positioned adjacent to an outboard end of the hub cylinder. The plurality of L-shaped locking recesses radially traverses into the hub cylinder. The bolt ring and the locking collar are positioned in between the outboard end and an inboard end of the hub cylinder. A plurality of locking splines of the bolt ring is removably mounted around the hub cylinder through the plurality of L-shaped locking recesses. A plurality of locking tabs of the locking collar is removably mounted around the hub cylinder through the plurality of L-shaped locking recesses.
Vehicle wheel axle assembly
A vehicle wheel axle assembly having: an axle sleeve with first and second end faces and an axial opening having a radially inwardly projecting first engagement surface; and a control shaft with a radially outwardly projecting second engagement surface. The control shaft is axially retained to the axle sleeve by an overlie engagement at an engagement interface between the first and second engagement surfaces to limit the axial displacement of the control shaft in a retracting direction relative to the axle sleeve. At least one of: the first engagement surface is in an engagement element discreet from and axially retained to the axle sleeve such that the engagement element may be installed to the axle sleeve and/or removed from the axle sleeve; and the second engagement surface is in an engagement element discreet from and axially retained to the control shaft such that the engagement element may be installed to the control shaft and/or removed from the control shaft.
Wheel rim and hub assembly gasket and gasket kits
A noncorrosive, water-impermeable gasket is used between a wheel rim and a hub assembly so that they do not corrode together making their separation difficult or impossible. The gasket includes a gasket flange with a gasket bolt pattern that is alignable with a hub bolt pattern of the hub assembly and a rim bolt pattern of the wheel rim.
Saddle lock ring for rear dual wheels of heavy transport vehicle
The present invention relates to a novel design for quick tyre change in rear dual wheel assembly in a heavy transport vehicle. The invention provides a safe design that comprises a two-piece segmented saddle lock ring retained in position by an endless ring. A self-locking taper provided on the inside of endless ring can be pressed against the taper provided on the two-piece segmented saddle lock ring. The endless ring retaining the two-piece segmented saddle lock rings due to wedge action of self-locking taper cannot move from its position until an external force is applied on the endless ring towards the direction of the tyre position. The endless ring acts as a hood over the two-piece segmented saddle lock rings and prevents any loose parts flying off the rim during the tyre burst. Further in this safe design both inboard and outboard rim tyre support components are identical as both rims are of same diameter.

A wheel hub bearing for motor vehicles, comprising a hub and a bearing unit in turn comprising a radially outer ring, at least one radially inner ring, at least one crown of rolling bodies between the radially outer ring and the radially inner ring, whereas the hub has a radial stiffening. The radial stiffening of the hub has a misalignment (d) respect to a seat, i.e. a distance between a centerline axis (Y) of the seat of the radially inner ring on the hub and a centerline (Z) of the radial stiffening less than or equal to 25% of a length (l) of the seat.
