REPOSITIONABLE CONSOLE
A vehicle includes a chassis, tractive assemblies, a body assembly, a turntable, a platform, and a control console. The tractive assemblies, body assembly, and turntable are coupled to the chassis. The platform supports an operator in a command position and includes an outer perimeter. The control console includes a base coupled to the turntable and spaced from the outer perimeter. The control console includes a movable section that is movably coupled to the base and includes an operator interface configured to receive operator commands to control a vehicle system. The movable section is repositionable relative to the base between a stowed position and an operating position. The operator interface is accessible by the operator from the command position when the movable section is in the operating position. The vehicle has an overall height defining a top plane. The movable section is below the top plane when in the stowed position.
A SENSOR SYSTEM FOR A BUILDING
A sensor system for a building, the sensor system comprising a plurality of sensor units and a processing unit wherein the sensor units each comprise a plurality of electronic components which are provided either directly or indirectly via a substrate, on a surface of an external component of the building, or embedded within an external component of the building; and wherein each sensor unit comprises a sensor operable to monitor a building parameter, and a communication module operable to output a signal comprising data indicative of the monitored building parameter to the processing unit.

The airplane emergency escape drone includes a life support system secured within a housing with a compressed air tank that controls the amount of oxygen from an oxygen tank and air from an air tank released into the housing. The airplane emergency escape drone also includes an inflatable floatation device secured to the housing. The airplane emergency escape drone also includes propellers having safety grates underneath the propellers. The airplane emergency escape drone also includes a CPU that is in connection with a video control system that includes a video input component and a signal transmitter.

Rope type elevating device
The present invention relates to a rope type elevating device, and more particularly, to a rope type elevating device that can mechanically and safely control the falling speed even if a breakage occurs in the brake being electrically controlled during the elevating and descending operation. The rope type lifting device of the present invention comprising an electronic braking device for winding a conveying rope to move the rope up and down by using power, and a mechanical braking device for mechanically moving the conveying rope up and down, characterizes in that the mechanical braking device comprises: an unlocking lever being rotated by an external force within a predetermined rotation range; a connecting portion connected to the unlocking lever and moving forward by a predetermined amount in conjunction with the rotation of the unlocking lever; a rotating body that rotates by the amount of advancement of the connecting portion and adjusts a pressing force applied to the conveying rope; and a stopper for limiting the rotation range of the rotating body and supporting the pressing force applied to the rope by the rotating body.

A vehicle includes a turntable rotatably coupled to a chassis, a platform coupled to the turntable, and a railing coupled to the platform. A control console includes a base section coupled to the turntable and spaced from the railing and a movable section that is movably coupled to the base section. An access opening is defined between the railing and the base section. The platform is accessible by an operator through the access opening. The movable section of the control console is selectively repositionable relative to the base section between a stowed position and an operating position. An operator interface of the movable section is configured to be accessed by the operator when the movable section is in the operating position. The movable section of the control console extends across the access opening when in the operating position, thereby limiting operator accessibility through the access opening.

A control console includes a base section coupled to the turntable and spaced from the railing and a movable section that is movably coupled to the base section. An access opening is defined between the railing and the base section. The platform is accessible by an operator through the access opening. The movable section of the control console is selectively repositionable relative to the base section between a stowed position and an operating position. An operator interface of the movable section is configured to be accessed by the operator when the movable section is in the operating position. The movable section of the control console extends across the access opening when in the operating position, thereby limiting operator accessibility through the access opening.
High-Rise Building Escape Drone
A high rise building escape drone is shown and described. The high rise building escape drone includes of a frame. The frame has a spine secured to an upper housing. The upper housing secures a motor and a CPU operably connected to the motor. The motor is rotatably coupled to at least one propeller. A seat is secured to the spine below the upper housing. A control panel is secured to the seat. The control panel is operably coupled to the CPU and is capable to control the drone. A plurality of feet are secured to a bottom of the spine such that the feet support the drone.
