Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire comprises a carcass layer, a belt layer disposed on an outer side of the carcass layer in a tire radial direction, and a tread rubber disposed on the outer side of the belt layer in the tire radial direction. The belt layer formed by laminating an angle belt having a belt angle ≥45° and ≤70° in absolute values, a pair of cross belts, having belt angles of ≥10° and ≤45° in absolute values and having belt angles of mutually opposite signs, and a circumferential reinforcing layer having a belt angle within a range of ±5° with respect to a tire circumferential direction. A tread width TW and a cross-sectional width Wca of the carcass layer have a relationship such that 0.82≤TW/Wca≤0.92. A width Ws of the circumferential reinforcing layer and a cross-sectional width Wca of the carcass layer such that 0.60≤Ws/Wca≤0.70.
HEAVY DUTY TIRE AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR HEAVY DUTY TIRE
A contour CL of a carcass 12 includes a curved portion 44 and an inversely curved portion 46. A boundary between the curved portion 44 and the inversely curved portion 46 is an inflection point PV. A part or an entirety of the curved portion 44 is represented by a first arc. A part or an entirety of the inversely curved portion 46 is represented by a second arc. The first arc and the second arc are tangent to each other at the inflection point PV. A ratio (X/W) of a distance X in an axial direction to a distance W in the axial direction is not less than 70% and not greater than 85%. A ratio (Y/H) of a distance Y in a radial direction to a distance H in the radial direction is not less than 15% and not greater than 22%.
Pneumatic tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire. A carcass line when 10% of a regular internal pressure is applied is composed of a curved line (S) connecting arcs having different radii of curvature and curved to project outward in a tire width direction and a curved line (T) curved to project inward in the tire width direction. A radius of curvature (R.sub.i) at a point on the curved line (S) and a radius of curvature (R.sub.i+1) at an adjacent point satisfy |R.sub.i+1−R.sub.i|/|(R.sub.i+1+R.sub.i)/2|≤0.25. An inclination (θ.sub.S) and an inclination (θ.sub.T) at a connection point (Q) of the curved line (S) and the curved line (T) satisfy |θ.sub.S−θ.sub.T|≤8°. A ratio (Hβ/Hα) between a radial height (Hα) at a maximum outer diameter position of a carcass layer and a radial height (Hβ) at a tire maximum width position satisfies Hβ/Hα ≥0.58.
Pneumatic tire
Provided is a pneumatic tire having at least one carcass layer as a skeleton extending in toroidal shape over a pair of bead portions, at least one belt layer and a tread disposed on an outer side in the radial direction of a crown portion of the carcass. In a tire section in the widthwise direction in state where the tire is assembled to an application rim, ratio BD/BW of radius difference BD between radius at a center portion and radius at an end portion in the widthwise direction of an innermost layer of the belt layer, to width BW of the innermost layer, ranges from 0.01 to 0.04, and ratio TD/TW of radius difference TD between radius at a center portion and radius at an end portion of the tread in the widthwise direction of a tread ground surface, to tread ground-contact width TW, satisfies BD/BW<TD/TW.
Pneumatic Tire
A pneumatic tire comprises a carcass layer, a belt layer radially outward of the carcass layer, and a tread rubber radially outward of the belt layer. The belt layer includes an angle belt having a belt angle ≥45° and ≤70° in absolute values, a pair of cross belts having belt angles of ≥10° and ≤45° in absolute values and having belt angles of mutually opposite signs, and a reinforcing layer having a belt angle within ±5° relative to a circumferential direction. A width Ws of the reinforcing layer and a cross-sectional width Wca of the carcass layer satisfy 0.60≤Ws/Wca≤0.70. The cross belts are radially outward of the large angle belt. The reinforcing layer is radially outward of the pair of cross belts. A width Wb2 of a wider cross belt of the pair and Wca satisfy 0.79≤Wb2/Wca≤0.89.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire mountable on a 15° tapered specified rim, the pneumatic tire including a bead portion, bead core, a carcass, a steel cord reinforcing layer, and a bead rubber layer. A distance from a second line segment to a third line segment is from 4 mm to 8 mm, and a ratio R2/R1 is from 0.935 to 0.975, wherein R2 is a tire radius at a bead toe of a bead base portion and R1 is a tire radius at a bead heel.
Tire for a motorcycle
When (I) a tyre 1 is in contact with a flat surface (S) with a camber angle θ of 40 degrees, (II) a load (F) applied to the tyre is increased from zero, and (III) a curve (T) is obtained by plotting, in a XY coordinate, a displacement (Δx) in a tyre axial direction and a displacement (Δy) in a tyre radial direction of a position (A) of one of tyre tread edges (Te) closer to the flat surface (S), the displacements being from a reference position (A0) when the load (F) is zero, inclination of the curve (T) increases as the load (F) increases at least in a range where the load (F) is not more than 78% of a maximum load capacity load of the tyre.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, a pair of bead cores, a carcass layer, a pair of first bead apex rubber components, and a belt layer disposed outward of the carcass layer. In an unloaded condition where the tire is mounted onto a standard rim and inflated with an internal pressure at 50 kPa, the carcass layer has a profile that includes an outer side portion extending from a position (A) where the carcass layer separates from the belt layer to a maximum width position (B) of the carcass layer, and the pair of outer side portion is located outside a virtual arc (C0) having a single radius (R0) of curvature passing through the position (A), the maximum width position (B), and an outermost ends in the tire radial direction of one of the pair of first bead apex rubber components.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
In a pneumatic tire mountable on a 5°-tapered rim, a bottom of a bead core is inclined from 0°-5° in a direction in which the bottom diverges toward an outer side in a radial direction as the bottom extends from an inner side in the width direction toward an outer side in the width direction. Each bead portion includes a base, a toe, and a heel. The base is inclined from 8°-12° in a direction in which the bead base portion diverges toward the outer side in the radial direction as the base extends from the inner side toward the outer side in the width direction. The heel has a radius of curvature from 25-30 mm. A rim cushion rubber has a modulus at 100% elongation within a range from 5.0-8.0 MPa. The toe has a displacement between before and after mounting on the rim from 9.0-13.5 mm.
Pneumatic vehicle tire
A pneumatic vehicle tire has a nominal tire cross-sectional height H of at most 110 mm, bead regions with bead cores, a radial carcass which runs around the bead cores in the bead regions axially on the inside to axially on the outside forming carcass turn-ups, and side wall regions, which each have a wing profile and a side wall profile. The wing profiles are the only rubber components extending in contact with the radial carcass in the radially outer region of the side wall region. The carcass turn-ups end at a radial height (h.sub.1), determined from a base line, of 15 mm to 65 mm. At least in a region between a radial height (h.sub.2) of 29% of the nominal side wall height and a radial height (h.sub.3) of at least 80% of the height H, the wing profiles are the only rubber components that extend outside the radial carcass.
