Self-sealing tire sealant and pneumatic vehicle tire
Self-sealing tire sealants are provided which contain fragments and/or residues of expanded solids, where the solids are selected from the group containing expandable graphite and microspheres. In some aspects, the microspheres include at least isobutane and/or isopentane as blowing agents. The microspheres may also have a shell containing at least one polymer, and in some cases the polymer is at least one copolymer of acrylonitrile and methyl acrylate. The self-sealing tire sealant may further include graphene structures. In some aspects the interior of a pneumatic vehicle tire has the self-sealing tire sealant disposed on the inner surface, opposite the tire tread, and the layer thickness of the tire sealant may be from 0.5 to 8 mm.
PNEUMATIC TIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A carcass ply includes an up ply and a down ply, the up ply including an up ply body that extends from a tread via a pair of sidewalls onto inner sides of a pair of beads in a tire axial direction, and a wrap-up portion that is continuous with the up ply body and is wrapped around a bead core and folded back so as to extend outward in a tire radial direction, the down ply extending from the tread via the pair of sidewalls onto outer sides of the pair of beads in the tire axial direction. An electronic component is sandwiched between the wrap-up portion of the up ply and the down ply and is disposed further outward in the tire radial direction than an inner end of a sidewall rubber in the tire radial direction.

TIRE WITH REINFORCED TREAD
A tire includes a circumferential tread constructed of a base material. The circumferential tread has a plurality of bars, each of the plurality of bars having a top surface and a plurality of side surfaces. The circumferential tread further has a plurality of valleys disposed between the plurality of bars. A reinforcement layer covers at least some of the plurality of valleys and an outer layer covers at least a portion of the reinforcement layer.
Rubber reinforcing material with reduced weight, method of preparing the same and tire comprising the same
This invention relates to rubber reinforcing material with reduced weight, a method for preparing the same, and a tire including the same. According to this invention, there is provided a rubber reinforcing material that has a thin thickness and a light weight, and yet has excellent durability. The reinforcing material not only reduces the weight of a tire, but also enables realization of improved rolling resistance.
