PORTABLE ELECTRIC RESCUE TOOL
A portable electric rescue tool, such as spreader and cutter tool, that allows for manual or remote operation, and operates on a DC power source, which may be an external power source and/or an onboard rechargeable battery. For example, the tool includes a battery cradle or battery attachment portion adapted to removably receive a rechargeable battery pack and electrically couple the battery pack to the tool. The tool also includes a power adapter that is adapted to be removably coupled to the battery attachment portion instead of the battery pack, and allows the tool to be electrically connected to an external DC power source, such as a vehicle battery or other DC power source.
Hydraulic device
A hydraulic device 10 includes a hydraulic pump 20, a tool 70, an oil passage 30, 32, 50, 52 for sending the pressure oil generated by the hydraulic pump 20 to the tool 70 and returning return oil from the tool 70 to the hydraulic pump 20, a handle 90 configured to be held by one hand of a worker, a switching part 88 disposed at the oil passage 30, 32, 50, 52 and configured to switch a path for at least one of the pressure oil and the return oil, and an operation part 80 for operating the switching part 88. The operation part 80 is disposed at a position that allows the operation part 80 to be operated with the hand of the worker holding the handle 90, or with a finger of the hand holding the handle 90.
Door breacher
A door breaching device includes a longitudinal chassis having a first extremity, a piston assembly with a piston rod adapted for linear displacement within a piston chamber, a hydraulic pump operatively connected to the piston assembly, and a two-part head assembly with a fixed jaw attached to the first extremity of the longitudinal chassis and a moveable jaw operatively connected to an end of the piston rod proximate to the first extremity. When the device is in a rest position, the piston rod is in a retracted position within the piston chamber to allow portions of the fixed jaw and the moveable jaw to fit between a first surface and a second surface. Upon actuation of the door breaching device, the piston rod is linearly displaced from the retracted position and the movable jaw applies a force to increase a distance between the first surface and the second surface.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL LIFE-SAVING HAMMER
The present invention discloses a multifunctional life-saving hammer, comprising a hammer body. Two ends of the hammer body are respectively connected and fixed with a pointed hammer and a butt hammer, a hammer handle is fixedly connected to the middle of the hammer body and is formed by detachably screwing and fixing a hollow tube-shaped connector and a handle bar, and a tail of the handle bar is provided with a tail cover in a screwing manner. A head of the hammer handle is provided with a screwdriver device, a tail of the hammer handle is provided with a pop-up mini life-saving hammer device, and a surface of one side of an outer circumferential surface is provided with a cutting knife device.
Portable rescue tool
A portable rescue tool that is powered by an electric motor. The electric motor has a drive output shaft that transfers rotational power to an angle rotary gearbox. The angle rotary gearbox has an output shaft that is oriented about 90 degrees from the rotational axis of the motor output shaft and is geared so as to increase the torque and reduce the speed of the rotational power. The angle rotary gearbox provides a reduced speed, high torque output at an output shaft that is delivered by a single chain drive to a main rotary actuator where two actuator arms are controlled to move away from each other and toward each other in the operation of the rescue tool. The portable rescue tool is designed to be of a low weight and enhanced cooling properties as present rescue tools.
Window striker
A vehicle includes a window and a striker positioned to strike the window. The vehicle includes an actuator positioned to drive the striker. The vehicle includes a temperature sensor in communication with the actuator.
PORTABLE TOOL FOR MOBILE USE
A mobile portable tool, such as a spreading device, cutting device or combined device with cutting and spreading function includes a housing. An electric motor is located in the housing. The tool includes a rechargeable battery or a connection to an external electrical energy source. The tool is a mechanically or hydraulically driven and has a displaceable piston rod spreading and/or cutting and/or lifting and/or pressing work. An electronic open-loop and closed-loop control unit controls the electric motor and includes a printed circuit board and control cables with a connector for transporting control signals. For under water operation while still having a simple design, the electric motor is a brushless direct-current motor. The electronic components of the printed circuit board are enclosed by a potting compound to prevent water entering, and the connector of the control cable is protected against the ingress of water.
VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS SHEAR SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vehicle window glass shear system and method for causing shearing breakage of vehicle window glass under emergency conditions by a concealed and easily operated system, having a concealed handle unit having a handle, a handle-unit bracket, and a handle-unit cable brace, having a concealed shear unit mounted on the bottom edge of the vehicle window with a shear-unit bracket, window-clamping plate, and fasteners, a shear bolt with a piercing point, a shear drive wheel, and a shear-unit cable brace, and having a cable within a cable sleeve transferring the activation force from the handle unit to the shear unit, driving the shear bolt toward the vehicle window and driving the piercing point into the vehicle window causing shearing breakage of the window glass.
MULTI-TOOL COMBINING FIREFIGHTING IMPLEMENTS
A multi-purpose tool and a method for use thereof, where the multi-purpose tool includes a first component having a first shaft and at least one first tool affixed thereto and a second component comprising a second shaft having at least one second tool affixed thereto, the second shaft being substantially hollow and capable of slidably receiving the first shaft. The multi-purpose tool further includes a quick-securing mechanism disposed along the length of the second shaft including a dial that is rotatable relative to the second shaft and having a threaded portion affixed to the dial. The quick-securing mechanism is configured to move a pin into an extended position when the dial is rotated in a first direction, and to move the pin into a retracted position when the dial is rotated in a second direction. The pin interacts with one of at least two holes in the first shaft to secure the first shaft in either a compact or extended configuration relative to the second shaft.
Tool having a pump and a motor on a common shaft
A tool includes at least one motor, and a pump connected to the motor, a work cylinder in fluid connection with the pump and an actuable tool component connected to the work cylinder. The pump and the motor are arranged directly adjacent on a common singular motor and pump shaft, without any intervening coupling, transmission or the like. An assembly of a motor and a pump on a common shaft.
