The projecting pedestal projects along the surface and includes a projecting front-end surface formed of a flat surface. A two-dimensional code is provided on the flat surface of the projecting pedestal. A normal line direction of the flat surface is inclined toward a rotation axis of the pneumatic tire at an angle ranging from 10 degrees to 45 degrees with respect to a tire lateral direction of the pneumatic tire, in the pneumatic tire not mounted on a rim nor inflated with air.
TIRE
A tire capable of reducing air resistance without sacrificing ride comfort is provided. A tire 1 includes a tread portion 2 and sidewall portions 3 extending from both ends of the tread portion 2 through buttress regions 31 and maximum width positions 32 to bead portions 4. A projection portion 33 extending in a tire circumferential direction and a recess portion 34 extending in the tire circumferential direction are formed in each of the buttress regions 31. The projection portion 33 has a projection height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm from a reference surface of the buttress region 31 toward an outer side in a tire radial direction. The recess portion 34 has a recess depth of 0.1 to 0.3 mm from the reference surface toward an inner side in the tire radial direction.
Pneumatic Tire
In a pneumatic tire including a tread portion, a pair of side wall portions, and a pair of bead portions, a carcass layer is mounted between the bead portions, the tread portion has a multilayer structure including a cap tread rubber layer and an undertread rubber layer, and a snow traction index is 180 or more. A tread radius in a meridian cross-section of the tread portion falls within a range of from 80% to 140% of a tire outer diameter, a ground contact width of the tread portion falls within a range of from 66% to 83% of a tire cross-sectional width, and a height of a bead filler is 40% or less of a tire cross-sectional height.
Pneumatic Tire
A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion, a pair of sidewall portions, and a pair of bead portions. A carcass layer is mounted between the bead portions, and the carcass layer is turned up from a tire inner side to a tire outer side about a bead core of each of the pair of bead portions. A tread radius in a meridian cross-section of the tread portion is in a range of from 600 mm to 1700 mm, a ground contact width of the tread portion is in a range of from 60% to 90% of a tire cross-sectional width, and a height of a bead filler is equal to or less than 30% of a tire cross-sectional height.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire has a rim strip rubber. A radial height of the rim strip rubber on the basis of an outer diameter position of a bead core is equal to or more than 70% of a radial height of a tire outer diameter position. An upper end of a side reinforcing layer is arranged closer to an outer side radially than an upper end of a bead filler. A distance from a tire maximum width position to the upper end of the side reinforcing layer is equal to or less than 5 mm. The maximum thickness Tw of the rim strip rubber between the upper end of the bead filler and the upper end of the side reinforcing layer is greater than the maximum thickness Tm of the rim strip rubber closer to the outer side radially than the upper end of the side reinforcing layer.
Pneumatic tire
In a tire 2 of the present invention, sidewalls 6 each include an outer layer 6a, and an inner layer 6b disposed inward of the outer layer 6a in the axial direction. A loss tangent of the inner layer 6b is less than a loss tangent of the outer layer 6a. When Hr represents a height, in the radial direction, from a bead base line BBL to an outer side end of a rim R, and Hi represents a height, in the radial direction, from the bead base line BBL to an inner side end 46 of the inner layer 6b, a ratio (Hi/Hr) of the height Hi to the height Hr is greater than or equal to 0.0 and not greater than 3.0.
Pneumatic Tire
In a pneumatic tire, a turned back portion of a carcass layer contacts a body portion of the carcass layer in a cross-sectional view in a tire meridian direction to form a closed region surrounding bead cores. A rubber occupancy ratio in the closed region is in a range of 15% or less. The bead cores have a predetermined wire arrangement structure formed by arranging wire cross sections of bead wires in the cross-sectional view in the tire meridian direction. Additionally, a self-contact height (CH) of the carcass layer and a circumferential length (L) of the wire arrangement have a relationship 1.0CH/L10.0.
