System Including Pressurized Load Cells
A system includes a wheel, a tire, a plurality of pressurized load cells and a sleeve member. The wheel includes a first flange portion, a second flange portion and a barrel portion positioned between the first and second flange portions. The tire is mounted to the wheel. The wheel and the tire cooperate to define a tire cavity. The tire includes a first beaded portion and a second beaded portion. The plurality of pressurized load cells are positioned within the tire cavity. The sleeve member is positioned within the tire cavity and surrounds and constrains the plurality of pressurized load cells.

Foam tire flap for low pressure applications
The present invention is a unique tire flap for use on off-road vehicle wheel assemblies utilizing standard safety rims, tires, rim locks, and inner tubes, so that the vehicles can operate in high performance off-road conditions under low or extremely low tire pressures (4psi-10psi), without incurring flats due to a pinched tube. The tire flap of the present invention is made from low density impact absorbent foam, such that the flap absorbs the energy of a first and second type pinch tire condition that prevents the inner tube from rupturing.

Apparatus for securing and sealing a pneumatic tire to a wheel
An annular and ring extends around the interior of a wheel/rim on which a tire is mounted. The inner diameter of the annular ring is sized for a snug fit on the wheel rim. A tensioning cable extends through the tubular ring and opposed arms are attached to the ring and are movable between disengaged and engaged positions. The apparatus is selectively movable by actuation of a cable tensioner between a first, disengaged position where the arms do not engage the tire and thereby lock it to the rim, and a second, engaged position in which the arm bear against the tire beads, capturing the tire beads between the rim flanges and the wing members to lock the tire to the rim and to create and/or enhances the air-tight seal between the tire and the rim. The bead lock apparatus may be beneficially used in combination with a foam insert for enhanced tire performance.

BEADLOCK WITH FILLER RING
A beadlock assembly comprises a beadlock and a separate filler ring. When installed on a wheel, the filler ring is positioned immediately adjacent the wheel, and the beadlock covers the filler ring while securing the filler ring to the wheel. Use of the filler ring enables the beadlock to comply with applicable regulations for on-road use. For off-road use, the filler ring may be removed, and the beadlock may be used to secure a bead of a tire to the wheel.
