Agricultural machinery pneumatic tire
10661609 · 2020-05-26 · ·

A recessed portion is formed in each tire side portion of an agricultural machinery pneumatic tire. Rigidity at the part of each tire side portion where the recessed portion is formed is reduced. This enables each tire radial direction outside portion to be made to tilt over toward tire width direction outside with the recessed portion as a point of origin without reducing the internal pressure, enabling the ground contact width of a tread portion to be enlarged. Since there is no need to intentionally reduce the internal pressure in order to reduce the ground contact pressure, bead portions do not tilt over more than necessary, and there is no reduction in the durability of the bead portions.

HEAVY DUTY PNEUMATIC TIRE

A tire 32 includes: a pair of beads 40; a carcass ply 82 having a ply main body 84 and turned-up portions 86; and a pair of fillers 52 that are located outward of the turned-up portions 86 in the axial direction and that include metal cords. In a radial direction, a first end 92 of each filler 52 is located inward of a bead base line, and a second end 94 of each filler 52 is located between an end 88 of the turned-up portion 86 and the bead base line. A recess 96 is provided on a zone of each side surface 34 of the tire 32 between a maximum width position and the end 88 of the turned-up portion 86.

A pneumatic tire includes one carcass including a folded up portion and a reinforcing layer between the folded up portion and a bead filler. The folded up portion has an end portion in a region inward of a belt layer in a radial direction and inward of the belt layer in a lateral direction. The bead filler has an outer end portion distanced from a bead heel portion from 20% or more to 40% or less of a tire cross-sectional height. The reinforcing layer has an outer end portion outward of the outer end portion of the bead filler in the radial direction and inward in the radial direction with respect to a position of a tire maximum width position in the radial direction. A sidewall portion is formed of a side rubber having tan at 60 C. of from 0.04 or more to 0.10 or less.

Disclosed is a tubeless tire having a reinforced bead portion capable of reducing the stress applied to a portion contacting a rim flange and to an edge of a carcass. The tubeless tire includes a carcass turned up around a bead core, a bead filler filled in a space above the bead core surrounded by the carcass, a steel chafer disposed to contact an outer surface of the carcass, and a first reinforcing rubber layer provided between the bead core and the carcass in order to prevent a turnup portion of the carcass from being pulled downwards, the first reinforcing rubber layer being located around a portion of the bead core that is oriented toward a rim flange. The bead portion is improved in durability under a high-pneumatic-pressure condition by reducing the stress applied to interfaces of the edge of the carcass, the steel chafer and the nylon chafer.

A tubeless pneumatic tire. A first bead at one side of the tire has a greater rigidity and/or strength, or outer size; a first lip at the same side as the first bead is provided on a first bead seat away from a hub groove and a second lip at the same side as the second bead is provided on a second bead seat close to the hub groove. An outer side of the hub is adjacent to the hub groove, so that when a vehicle is stationary on a horizontal ground and the tire is flattened without gas support, the bears all or most of a load at a side away from the hub groove. Therefore, this application can prevent the second tire bead provided on the second bead seat adjacent to the hub groove from sliding into the hub groove once a puncture occurs during the high-speed driving, avoiding the traffic accidents caused by the loss of control of braking and steering.
