Oxygen generator outlet manifold with improved thermic properties
An oxygen generator outlet manifold assembly that includes an outlet manifold and an end cover. The outlet manifold includes a main body portion with inner and outer surfaces and at least a first hose connector that includes an outlet defined therein extending from the main body portion. The main body portion defines a main body portion interior that includes a connection opening defined in the inner surface, a ring chamber, a flow space and a distribution chamber. An annular ring is positioned in the main body portion chamber interior and separates the ring chamber from the distribution chamber. The end cover includes a generator outlet portion extending therefrom that is received in the connection opening. The generator outlet portion includes an outlet valve having an open and a closed state and includes an interior chamber that cooperates with the ring chamber to define an outlet chamber. An oxygen flow path is defined through the open valve, to the outlet chamber, through the flow space, through the distribution chamber and to the outlet of the first hose connector.
RESPIRATOR WITH AIR SCRUBBING SYSTEM
An air delivery system for delivering a pathogen-free airflow can include an air intake manifold, a sterilizer unit with a tank and at least one ultraviolet (UV) unit, a cooling unit with at least one cooling manifold and at least one heat exchange unit, and a user output. The air intake manifold, the tank, the at least one cooling manifold, and a user output can be in fluid communication in that general order. The at least one ultraviolet (UV) unit can be mounted within the tank, with the at least one UV unit configured to generate ultraviolet light to promote killing of pathogens. The at least one heat exchange unit is configured to cool the outbound air flow to a temperature suitable for breathing by a user and to heat an incoming air flow in the air intake manifold.
BREATHING APPARATUS TO ELIMINATE AIRBORNE INFECTIONS
A breathing apparatus may include a heater configured to kill harmful organisms in air. The apparatus may include a vest, including a heating chamber disposed on the vest and a cooling chamber disposed on the vest. The heating chamber may include a heat source, and the heat source may heat air disposed within the heating chamber to a predetermined temperature. The heating chamber and the cooling chamber may be in fluid communication. The apparatus may include a breathing tube, including a first end and a second end. The first end may connect to the cooling chamber. The apparatus may include a breathing mask. The second end of the breathing tube may connect to the breathing mask. The cooling chamber and the breathing mask may be in fluid communication via the breathing tube.
INHALED AIR FILTRATION AND ENHANCED BREATHING DEVICE
The present disclosure is directed to a plurality of air quality devices configured to be held in a user's mouth and configured to increase at least one of humidity and temperature and constitution of air inhaled. There are passive and active systems that allow for improved physical and lung performance.
Portable Clean Air Processor
A portable air processing system that takes air from the ambient or other component, heats the air to a sufficient temperature so as to deactivate at least one type of pathogen or allergen, then cools the air to a comfortable breathing temperature, and then feeds this processed air under positive pressure to a controlled environment or mask covering the nose and mouth of a wearer, thus enabling one to breath cleaner air from a controlled source while mobile or stationary.
SELF-CONTAINED FACE MASK SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC DROPLET DISPENSER FOR HUMIDIFICATION
Introduced here is a self-contained face mask system with an automated liquid-droplet dispensing mechanism (ADM) for humidification. The enclosure of the self-contained mask system can be comprised of one or more layers of breathable fabric adapted to flexibly conform to the face of a user when worn to form a cavity that is adjacent the nostrils and mouth. The ADM of the face mask system can be comprised of a reservoir in which liquid is stored, a respiratory cycle detector, a timer and controller, and a droplet dispenser that controllably dispenses droplets of the liquid from the reservoir into the cavity for inhalation by the user. The ADM can be contained entirely within the face mask enclosure or supported on the surface of the face mask enclosure such that the self-contained mask system, when worn by a user, can be supported entirely by the head and neck of the user.
ELECTRICALLY HEATED RESPIRATOR
The present disclosure provides designs for an electrically heated respirator/face mask to kill or deactivate airborne viruses and bacteria by creating a seamless thermal and/or humidity chamber/barrier around the wearer's nose and mouth area; in addition to efficiently filtering the tiny particles according to NIOSH N95 standards, it reduces the chance of contracting the disease. The designs include various combinations: a disposable or reusable N95 respirator with or without an exhalation valve, disposable or reusable medical face mask, both with or without integrated and replaceable filter layers, and a reusable respirator with filter cartridges. Each design is comprised of multiple layers with an active thermal filter with a heating element, which is made of graphene. The respirator is connected via a USB cable to a power unit. A control module is used to turn the device on and off and control the inner temperature and humidity optionally through sensors.
WEARABLE DEVICES FOR TREATING AIR FOR INHALATION AND EXHALATION
Air to be inhaled by a user can be treated to remove contaminants by passing the air through a multistage treatment system. The multistage treatment system can include an inhalation treatment unit for treating air to be inhaled by the user, a mask wearable on the user's face, and an exhalation treatment unit for treating air exhaled by the user. The inhalation treatment unit and the exhalation treatment unit can each include various sub-units and assemblies for removing naturally occurring vapors and pathogens as well as compounds generated by operation of the treatment system.
High-temperature virus-killing mask
Disclosed is a high-temperature virus-killing mask, including a sunhat, a heating component and a mask body. The heating component comprises a high-temperature microtube and a base, both arranged in the sunhat. The high-temperature microtube is provide with a resistance wire which may be energized to generate heat to enable the temperature in the high-temperature microtube to rise up to about 200° C.
