Tyre removing and installation hand tool
A hand-tool is provided for installing and removing a tire, comprising a substantially elongated body member having a longitudinal axis, the body member further comprising a handle portion (102); a first engagement portion (108), arranged at a first end of said handle portion, adapted to operably engage with a first flange of opposed first and second rim flanges of a wheel, so as to form a fulcrum on the contact point with the first flange; a second engagement portion (112), spaced apart at a predetermined distance in a direction away from said first engagement portion along said longitudinal axis, adapted to abuttingly engage with a rim-overlapping bead portion of a tire.
KIT FOR REMOVING AND/OR INSTALLING A VEHICLE TIRE FROM/ON A WHEEL RIM
The present invention relates to a kit for removing and/or installing a vehicle tire from/on a wheel rim including at least one tire lever and at least one slider component, the at least one slider component delimiting a seat suitable for fitting over a sidewall or edge of a wheel rim and includes a base portion as well as a leg portion extending from the base portion and delimiting therewith the seat, the leg portion being suitable for securing a tire bead in a fixed position over a wheel rim sidewall or edge.

Bead-Breaker Adapter
A bead-breaker adapter is an apparatus that minimizes the amount of force a user needs use in order to separate a tire from a wheel. The apparatus includes a spacing tube, a first extension arm, an axle-receiving hole, a bead-breaker handlebar, a second extension arm, and a wedge. The spacing tube attaches the apparatus onto a tire stand. The spacing tube allows the first extension arm to rotate about the axle of a tire stand and upholds the first extension arm above a tire mounted onto the tire stand via the axle-receiving hole. The first extension arm connects the bead-breaker handlebar to the axle of the tire stand and allows the bead-breaker handlebar to vertically pivot about the tire. The second extension arm connects the wedge to the bead-breaker handlebar and laterally pivots about the tire so that the wedge may be properly leveraged between the wheel and the tire.

Tire removal assembly
A tire removal assembly includes a press that has a base and an actuator. The base may be positioned on a support surface and the actuator is spaced from the base. The actuator may be fluidly coupled to an air source thereby facilitating the actuator to move downwardly with respect to the base. The actuator is biased to move upwardly with respect to the base. The press may have a tire positioned between the base and the actuator thereby facilitating the actuator to engage the tire such that the actuator breaks a bead on the tire.

Bead breaking unit
The bead breaking unit includes: a bead breaking arm having a substantially horizontal longitudinal direction, a first extremity hinged to the base frame of a tire changing machine around a substantially vertical rotation axis and an opposite second extremity having a bead breaking tool; an operating actuator for moving the bead breaking arm interposed between the base frame and the bead breaking arm; and a control lever, associated with the bead breaking arm in proximity of the second extremity for controlling the operating actuator, wherein the control lever is hinged around an oscillation axis substantially horizontal and parallel to the longitudinal direction and is associated with return elements for maintaining the control lever in a substantially vertical balance position, the actuator being controlled in a first direction for bead breaking the tire when the control lever is rotated towards the wheel starting from the balance position.
TOOL FOR USE WITH TIRE ASSEMBLIES
A tire tool, and method of using, that can be used to manipulate tires by a user. The tire tool has a platform that can engage under a tire assembly, a front section, and a rear section. The tire tool can rotate between an engagement position and a pivoted position about a pivot. When in the pivoted position, a stop abuts the surface. The tire tool can be used by a user to lift a tire assembly off the ground, remove the tire assembly from an hub, and install the tire assembly on a hub.
