PERSONAL PROTECTIVE POSITIVE PRESSURE DEVICE
A personal protective positive pressure device includes a mask with an inlet connector and a tube with a first connector and a second connector. The tube is connected through the first connector to the inlet connector of the mask and the tube is connected through the second connector to an air nozzle of a ventilation system onboard a transportation vehicle. The personal protective positive pressure device is configured to limit inhalation of airborne pathogens while traveling on the transportation vehicle and to inspire confidence in the safe use of public transportation.

BREATHABLE RESPIRATOR MASK WITH MULTIPLE LAYERED FILTERS
In an example, a respirator includes a respirator body having a distal portion and a proximal portion, the distal portion including a filter housing wall and an open distal end. The proximal portion includes a facial interface which is compliant and deformable from an undeformed state to a deformed state to conform to a facial contour of an individual. One or more filter frames are inserted into the distal portion and supported by the filter housing wall to separate filter media on opposite sides of at least one of the one or more filter frames. A filter cover is releasably attached to the open distal end to enclose the one or more filter frames and filter media, forming a filter housing. The one or more filter frames are removable from the distal portion and replaced into the distal portion to allow replacement of the filter media.
HAND-HELD OXYGEN GENERATOR AND AIR PURIFIER
Presented is a portable hand held e-cigarette shaped oxygen generator and air purifier. The device includes a suction body through which atmospheric air is forcibly introduced within a main body of the device during respiration, a solid oxygen filter adapted for holding solid oxygen, and a solid oxygen filter support having a dual cylindrical structure for housing and supporting the solid oxygen filter. The device further includes a solid oxygen filter support lid mountable over the solid oxygen filter support and is adapted for discharging device generated inhalable oxygen from the main body to a micro filter, a casing embodying the micro filter and operationally connected to a mouthpiece having an extension for mounting a straw. The atmospheric air introduced in the device reacts with the solid oxygen to generate inhalable oxygen after passing the atmospheric air through the dual cylindrical structure of the solid oxygen filter support.
DEVICE FOR SURFACTANT ADMINISTRATION AND VENTILATION OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT INFANTS
A fluid delivery and airway management device including a tubular member dimensioned for introducing a fluid into a trachea of a mammal, the tubular member having a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a middle portion between the proximal portion and the distal portion. The tubular member is dimensioned for positioning of the proximal portion in an oral cavity of a mammal, the middle portion in an oropharynx of the mammal and the distal portion in an esophagus of the mammal. An inflatable oral cavity balloon is positioned at the proximal portion and dimensioned to occlude the oral cavity. An inflatable esophageal balloon is positioned at the distal portion and dimensioned to occlude the esophagus. Apertures may be formed within the middle portion such that a fluid introduced into the tubular member is output through the apertures to a trachea.
Face Mask With Improved Air Flow
Provided herein are face masks, systems, and methods for using the face masks and systems. The face masks disclosed herein include a dome-shaped structure sized to cover a user's nose and mouth. The face masks include an inlet for passage of a tubing and a septum that divides the face mask into a nose chamber and a mouth chamber. The septum may include an opening or a gate. The gate may be configured to open downwards in response to exhalation from the nose of the user and to stay closed in absence of exhalation. The face mask may also include a filter located in the dome-shaped structure in an area adjacent to the mouth. The face mask may also include a filter located in the gate. The filter is configured to capture microscopic particles and nanoparticles. The systems provided herein may include a face mask as provided herein, an air pump comprising a filter, a tubing for delivering air from the air pump to the face mask. Alternatively, the face mask may be a nose mask that only covers the nose.
