PRESSURE AIRLOCK

A pressure airlock for an inflator or a gauge for use with a valve stem having exterior threads and a valve core, the pressure airlock including a conduit in fluid communication with the inflator or the gauge. A tip extends from the conduit and includes a bore. A core depressor is positioned within the bore and an inner shoulder surrounds the core depressor. An outer shoulder extends from the inner shoulder and extends beyond the core depressor. A is seal positioned on the inner shoulder and the outer shoulder and extends within the tip.

Aerosol dispensing cap for automated installation

An apparatus for dispensing pressurized air and/or tire sealant from a pressurized can. The apparatus comprising a nozzle and a locking element for the nozzle and/or a cap including a free length of hose that is positioned within the cap. The locking element locks the nozzle in the non-dispensing position for safety during non-use or in a dispensing position for ease of use. The hose provides an extension for the nozzle for hard to reach places, and stores fully wound within the cap, such as along the inner circumference of the cap.

INFLATION MANIFOLD

An inflation manifold connected to dual pneumatic tires by air hoses provides a central location for tire inflation and location of pressure sensors. A hose block connected to dual pneumatic tires by air hoses provides a central location for location of pressure sensors. The pressure sensors may be TPMS sensors or a combination of TPMS sensor and pressure gauge.

AIR TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR USE WITH TIRES

An apparatus for transferring air from one vessel to another vessel that includes a hose of predetermined diameter and length having a first end and a second end; a first device attached to the first end of the hose for removing air or other gas from a first vessel; and a second device attached to the second end of the hose for dispensing the air or other gas from the first vessel into a second vessel or out of the second end of the hose.

Pneumatic chuck including valve core interface

An air chuck includes a body and a valve core interface. The body includes output, interface, and input ports. The body defines a first passageway that extends between the output and interface ports. The input port defines a second passageway that is in fluid communication with the first passageway. The valve core interface is slidably coupled with the body and is slidable between extended and retracted positions. The valve core interface includes a shaft and a knob. The shaft includes proximal and distal ends. The distal end is at least partially disposed in the first passageway. The knob is coupled with the proximal end of the shaft. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the body and is selectively rotatable in either tightening or loosening directions via the knob. The distal end of the shaft comprises a grasping feature that is configured to grasp a valve core of a valve stem.

Reel compatible multi-chuck air hose

The reel compatible multi-chuck air hose may allow a user to simultaneously inflate multiple tires while providing a lighter and easily stored form factor. The reel compatible multi-chuck air hose may provide four air chucks in series, as opposed to in parallel, with an air source connector at its first end, instead of in the middle of the line. Each of the four air chucks may be connected to the primary hose by a T-connector and may be stored within a dock to keep the air chuck in line with the primary hose. By this design the reel compatible multi-chuck air hose can be rolled around a storage reel for easy storage.

BICYCLE TIRE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

A system for regulating pressure in one or more vessels by adapting a fluid input to receive a fluid from a fluid source such as an air compressor at a constant pressure. At least one fluid outlet assembly is used to attach the system to a vessel such as a bike tire, ball, or car tire. At least one controllable valve is used to couple the fluid outlet assembly to the fluid input, the valve is controllable to pulsate air going through it, check the new pressure in the vessel, and either continue to increase pressure in the vessel, decrease pressure, or stop inflating. A pressure sensor corresponding to a fluid outlet assembly adaptable to provide pressure values from each vessel to a controller. The controller receives at least one desired pressure input, compares that value to the pressure value from the at least one pressure sensor, and selectively energizes the controllable valve to adjust the pressure in the corresponding vessel until the pressure within the vessel is equal to the desired pressure.

PRESSURE REGULATED COUPLING MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY

A coupling manifold assembly has both regulated and unregulated flow orientations and includes a manifold body and a pressure regulator couplably received into the manifold body. The manifold body includes a pair of connection ports between which flow is movable through the manifold body, with the pressure regulator being received into a flow path between the connection ports. The pressure regulator is configured to regulate flow in a first direction between the connection ports and to allow for unregulated flow in an opposite second direction between the connection ports.

INFLATION VIEWING DEVICE
