An article of manufacture for providing a theft-proof trailer hitch tongue is disclosed. The trailer hitch tongue has two or more mating receivers coupled to a trailer each of the two or more mating receivers having a plurality of locking notches about an inside surface of each mating receiver in a specific orientation, two or more removable arms for engaging the two or more mating receiver, each of the removable arms having a hitch tongue end and a connecting end and together form a split tongue of the trailer hitch, a plurality of locking pegs arranged on each of the two or more removable arms, the plurality of locking pegs being configured to simultaneously engage the plurality of locking notches when the hitch tongue end of the removable arms are inserted in the corresponding mating receiver, and locking latches components on the connecting end of each of the removable arms, the locking latches couple together after the hitch tongue end of the removable arms are inserted in the corresponding mating receiver.
SYSTEM COMPRISING HANDHELD TOOL AND WINGED PIN FOR SINGLE-USER COUPLING OF TRACTOR DRAWBAR TO IMPLEMENT HITCH TONGUE AND RELATED METHOD
A system and method for hitching, using a swivel pin, a tractor with a drawbar and a towable implement comprise a handheld tool for inserting the swivel pin through a pin-receiving portion of the drawbar and a hitch tongue of the implement when arranged in an aligned coupling configuration. The handheld tool has an upper end configured for gripping by a user and a lower end configured to removably receive the swivel pin. Furthermore, the handheld tool is configured to extend from the operator cab of the tractor to the pin-receiving portion of the drawbar of the tractor so that the handheld tool is usable by the operator to hitch the tractor and the implement with the swivel pin without leaving the operator cab. A novel swivel pin with arms for mating engagement with a receptacle in the lower end of the tool enables the pin to be rotationally releasably secured therein.

According to the invention, the retainer part (30) has a receiving sleeve (40) having a tubular coupling insertion receptacle (41) for inserting a coupling insertion projection (66; 266) of the coupling part (60) or of the load carrier (200).

A ball joint tractor with simple structure and convenient operation is disclosed. When docking is required, it will realize automatic locking, and there is no need for separate personnel to operate. Docking can be completed without getting off the vehicle. The pull ring spring plunger used in the disclosure can be directly inserted into the tractor from the outside of the tractor. When the pull ring spring plunger is damaged, it can be replaced directly without replacing the whole ball joint tractor, which improves the service efficiency of the equipment and avoids the failure of the whole ball joint tractor due to poor spring pin. In the disclosure, by placing the fixing ball in the ball joint groove for locking, the risk of automatic unlocking is avoided, and the safety performance is high and the traction effect is good.
