CORNER MODULE OF VEHICLE
A corner module of a vehicle includes: a suspension configured to be coupled to a vehicle body; a case configured to be coupled to the suspension and configured to be to be supported on the vehicle body via the suspension; an in-wheel motor disposed inside the case; a steering motor disposed inside the case; a first power transmission mechanism configured to connect the in-wheel motor and a vehicle wheel and configured to transmit a rotating force of the in-wheel motor to the vehicle wheel to drive the vehicle wheel; and a second power transmission mechanism configured to connect the steering motor and the vehicle wheel and configured to transmit a rotating force of the steering motor to the vehicle wheel to steer the vehicle wheel.
STRUT MOUNT
A strut mount includes an inner member, an outer member, and a body rubber. A stopper rubber which protrudes outward in an axial direction is disposed on the body rubber. The outer member includes a supporting portion which covers the stopper rubber from outside thereof in the axial direction. The stopper rubber includes a pedestal protrusion portion which protrudes outward in the axial direction from the inner member and a tip protrusion portion which protrudes outward in the axial direction from the pedestal protrusion portion, contacts the supporting portion, and has an elasticity in the axial direction lower than that of the pedestal protrusion portion. The pedestal protrusion portion and the tip protrusion portion taper outward in the axial direction.

Vehicle suspension device
A vehicle suspension device includes a wheel body on which a wheel and tire unit is mounted, a steering drive unit configured to transmit a driving force to rotate the wheel body in a lateral direction of a vehicle body, so that the wheel and tire unit rotates together with the wheel body, and a wheel moving unit disposed on the vehicle body to be movable in a front-back direction, configured such that a position thereof changes in a top-bottom direction, and connected to the wheel body to support the wheel body, so that a position of the wheel body is changed in response to the wheel moving unit moving in the front-back direction and changing the position in the top-bottom direction.
SPRING PAD FOR A SUSPENSION
A spring pad for a suspension can satisfy both conflicting dynamic seating property and durability, and unification of specifications. In particular, the spring pad may include: a body portion disposed on one side of a spring to support the spring; and an insert portion embedded inside of the body portion and integrally formed with the body portion. The spring is seated on an inclined surface of the body portion, and the inclined surface may be formed in a spiral shape gradually increasing in height. A spiral curve of the inclined surface may be formed by reflecting a composite line minimizing a gap between the inclined surface and the spring.
Chassis control arm
A chassis control arm for a wheel suspension has a control arm body, a spring abutment and an actuator which is arranged between the control arm body and the spring abutment and with which the position of the spring abutment relative to the control arm body can be adjusted. The actuator comprises a lifting gear which is configured as a movement thread and which includes a lifting spindle on which the spring abutment is arranged or on which the spring abutment is axially movably mounted.
Wheel suspension for a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger vehicle, and a motor vehicle having at least one such wheel suspension
A wheel suspension for a motor vehicle includes a wheel linkage. The wheel linkage has a bearing region and a spring element. The wheel linkage has a first linkage arm with a first connecting element. A second linkage arm has a second connecting element. The second linkage arm has a first longitudinal region having the second connection element and a second longitudinal region attached to the first longitudinal region and disposed between the bearing region and the first longitudinal region. The second longitudinal region is offset in relation to the bearing region and the first longitudinal region downwardly in a vertical direction of the motor vehicle in an installation position of the wheel suspension.
SPRING GUIDE AND SUSPENSION DEVICE
A spring guide includes: a base portion configured to support a coil spring; and an opening portion provided so as to penetrate through the base portion, the opening portion being configured such that a shock absorber is inserted into the opening portion, the opening portion is provided with: protruded portions protruding out from an inner circumferential surface of the opening portion, the protruded portions being configured to support the shock absorber; and a recessed portion recessed in the inner circumferential surface of the opening portion, a plurality of the protruded portions are arranged along a circumferential direction of the opening portion, and a gate trace of an injection mold is formed in the recessed portion.
