Interlinked active suspension
A vehicle suspension system may include hydraulic actuators, first and second conduits, and first and second switch valves. Each actuator includes a cylinder and a piston that divides an interior of the cylinder into compression and rebound chambers. First and third ports of each cylinder are openings to the rebound chamber. Second and fourth ports of each cylinder are openings to the compression chamber. The first conduit connects the third port of a first actuator with the fourth port of a second actuator. The second conduit fluidly connects the third port of the second actuator with the fourth port of the first actuator. The first switch valve is connected to the first and second ports of the first one of the hydraulic actuators. The second switch valve is connected to the first and second ports of the second one of the hydraulic actuators.
Suspension Control System Providing Closed Loop Control Of Hydraulic Fluid Volumes For An Agricultural Machine
In one aspect, a control system is provided which determines fluid flow in a suspension system for an agricultural machine by determining total fluid in a closed loop piston system. Fluid is determined using position sensors and a pressure transducers and application of the ideal gas with respect to each accumulator. A closed loop control system can then target an amount of fluid for optimum suspension control.
Suspension Control System Providing Tire Height Corrections For An Agricultural Machine
In one aspect, a suspension control system is provided for dynamically adjusting pistons located proximal to wheels of an agricultural machine to account for tire deflection or squat with varying loads. Articulation, pitch, roll and/or machine height can be determined from pressure measurements on the machine to apply such tire height corrections. For sprayers, this allows controlling clearance and suspension height to maintain the boom parallel to the ground to prevent damage.
Suspension Control System Providing Suspension Height Corrections For An Agricultural Machine
In one aspect, a suspension control system is provided for dynamically adjusting pistons located proximal to wheels of an agricultural machine to substantially equalize distribution of weight of the machine at each wheel and/or provide a substantially constant desired orientation of the machine above a ground surface thereby protecting laterally extending sprayer booms from contacting the ground. Articulation, pitch, roll and/or machine height can be determined from piston measurements on the machine to apply such height corrections. For sprayers, this allows controlling clearance and suspension height to maintain the boom parallel to the ground to prevent damage.
Vehicle damping system and vehicle
An oil channel that connects a right damper and a left damper includes a switching valve arranged between a right oil channel ER and a left oil channel EL. The switching valve includes a valve main body in which a first switching channel is formed for connecting the right oil channel ER and the left oil channel EL. The valve main body is rotatable to a first position where the first switching channel connects the right oil channel ER and the left oil channel EL to each other and to a second position different from the first position. According to this damping system, it is possible to adjust oil flow in the oil channel by performing a simple operation for the switching valve.

Load distribution apparatus of magnetic wheel
A load distribution apparatus of magnetic wheel, includes: a plurality of cylinder parts including one sides respectively connected to a plurality of magnetic wheels and an upper space portion and a lower space portion whose interiors do not communicate to each other; and a passage part which serves as a moving path of fluid and interconnects the plurality of cylinder parts. The passage part is configured to evenly distribute a load applied to the magnetic wheels by moving fluids in the upper space portion and the lower space portion in such a manner that the fluids are not mixed.

HYDRAULIC PORT PROTECTION PLUGS FOR SHOCK ABSORBERS
Hydraulic port protection plugs for insertion into hydraulic ports in a shock absorber to prevent contaminants from entering the shock absorber and residual oil from draining out through the hydraulic ports during storage, shipping, and handling of the shock absorber. The hydraulic port protection plugs comprise a tubular body and a pierceable seal that is configured to receive an inboard portion of a hydraulic fitting. The pierceable seal is designed so that the inboard portion of the hydraulic fitting may be inserted through the pierceable seal of the hydraulic port protection plug and into the hydraulic port in the shock absorber such that the hydraulic port protection plug does not have to be removed and seals the hydraulic fitting within the hydraulic port in the shock absorber in an installed position.
