Damping arrangement for an axle of a motor vehicle and motor vehicle
A damping arrangement of an active chassis for an axle of a motor vehicle. A damping system cooperates with each wheel of the axle, wherein each of the damping systems includes a damper, a hydraulic pump, and an electric motor. A hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic reservoir and valves, wherein the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit of the respective damping system cooperate with hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic cylinder of the respective damping system, such that, depending on the conveying direction of the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic unit, a movement of the piston in a first actuation direction or in a second actuation direction can be provided. The hydraulic pumps and the electric motors of both damping systems are combined to form a motor-pump unit. The motor-pump unit is fastened on both sides thereof to an axle carrier of the axle via two bearings.
High voltage motor-pump unit
A hydraulic motor pump unit for pressurising a hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic circuit. The motor pump unit includes a motor having a motor stator holding a circular array of coils and a motor rotor having a motor rotor body having an outer circumferential rotor surface holding a circular array of magnets. The motor rotor body is positioned within the motor stator holding the magnets opposite the coils. A pump is drivable connected to the motor rotor. A housing body provided with a pump chamber for housing the pump and a cylindrically shaped coil support for supporting the circular array of coils. The housing comprises at least one housing end cap which is connected to the coil support which housing end cap is provided with a fin pattern for an air cooling of the housing to an environment.
VEHICLE ELECTRIC AXLE
A vehicle electric axle has at least one electric motor and a suspension system including a longitudinal element which is a reaction rod or a leaf spring. The longitudinal element is rotatably mounted at one end around a reaction rod bracket and at the other end around a dampening member. The at least one electric motor includes a power supply routing device to be connected to an electrical power source. The power supply routing device has at least one busbar, a straight portion of which extending longitudinally along the longitudinal element. The at least one busbar includes two curved portions forming two cavities each receiving at least part of a longitudinal end of the longitudinal element.
Four point link suspension for a vehicle, a vehicle comprising the same
A four point link suspension for a vehicle, wherein the suspension comprises: a first side suspension spring, configured to absorb a vertical load; a second side suspension spring, configured to absorb the vertical load, wherein the springs are configured to be connected to a vehicle frame via a respective joint; a stabilization frame, comprising a first side link arm having a first ending and a second ending connected to the first side suspension spring via a second joint; a second side link arm and a second ending connected to the second side suspension spring via a second joint; and a torsion bar, connecting the side link arms, which side link arms are tapered towards the respective first ending.
