NASAL-PLUG FILTER DEVICE

A nasal-plug filter device including a device body, a filter, a first actuator, a second actuator, and a gas sensor is provided. The device body has a ventilating channel, and the ventilating channel has an inlet end and an outlet end. The filter is disposed at the outlet end. The first actuator is disposed at the inlet end for being driven to transmit gas outside the device body into the device body. The second actuator is stacked on and bonded to the first actuator, and the second actuator is driven to transmit the gas transmitted by the first actuator to the filter to be filtered and purified. The gas sensor is disposed at the outlet end for detecting a gas quality of the gas at the outlet end. A connection element may be provided for connecting two nasal-plug filter devices with each other.

A nose respirator device with a holder connected to a base, the holder has a top sitting across the nasal bridge and two arms extending downward to join with the base, which sits across the subnasale and contains two open cavities with upper openings capable of being inserted into each nostril. Each cavity can be further divided by a separator into two channels for inhalation and exhalation, respectively. One-way air flow in each channel can be further ensured with valves, which open only in one direction upon the push of air current. Filters can be fitted into each cavity or channel for air cleaning. One or more attachments can be fitted onto the base for additional purposes, which include extra filtration and disinfection. The area within the holder and the base can be covered with a sheet, which can also be used for device classification and user identification.

The portals may be located, in various embodiments, on opposite sides of the nose cover, or may be placed adjacent to one another on a bottom side of the nose cover. The nose cover is sized and shaped to fit over a nose of an anticipated user in a substantially airtight way, such that air can only pass between an area exterior of the nose cover and an area interior of the nose cover by way of the air filters in the portals.

The face mask may comprise: a mask body which corresponds to the shape of the lower portion of a user's face and displays the shape of the user's lower portion on the outer surface thereof; at least one filter part which is mounted on at least one side of the mask body; and ear hanging parts for fixing the mask body on the user's ears. The mask body can be generated by 3D printing based on a 3D mask model corresponding to the shape of the lower portion of the face, including the lower part of the user's nose and mouth, and the at least one filter unit is mounted in correspondence with at least one of the lower part of the nose and the mouth. Accordingly, the user can wear the mask without aesthetic texture.
