The at least one tilting actuator may arrange the working machine in a load dumping state. The working machine further includes a first propulsion axle arranged in the first side, a second propulsion axle arranged in the second side, a first propulsion axle suspension arrangement arranged between the first propulsion axle and the working machine frame; and a second propulsion axle suspension arrangement arranged between the second propulsion axle and the working machine frame. In the load dumping state the second propulsion axle suspension arrangement is stiff.

Gearing arrangement for an actuator device for height adjustment of a vehicle body

A gearing arrangement for an actuator device for height adjustment of a vehicle body is provided, having a drive wheel and an output wheel, which are rotatably connected to each other by a tooth system formed on each. A blocking element is arranged on the output wheel to block a rotational movement, and a guide track having a blocking stop integrated therein and at least one deflection position; the guide track is connected to a pin section, which is movable to a limited degree and which is provided in order to be guided along the guide track upon rotation of the output wheel and to block a rotational movement of the output wheel upon penetrating into the blocking stop. By using the at least one deflection position, the rotative position of the blocking element can be detected during guiding of the pin section by the at least one deflection position.

Bearing Eye for a Leaf Spring and Leaf Spring Having a Bearing Eye

A bearing eye for a leaf spring for sprung support of a vehicle component on a vehicle body of a vehicle may include a through opening and a torsion spring therein, and a first catch. The bearing eye may provide pivotable mounting of the leaf spring on the vehicle body. The torsion spring is twistable relative to the bearing eye and connectable non-rotatably to the vehicle body. The first catch may project radially inwardly into the through opening, and the torsion spring has a second catch that projects radially outwardly into the through opening. The first and second catches may form a locking engagement which, depending on a degree of relative twisting between the bearing eye and the torsion spring, stops the relative twisting.

BUMP STOP ASSEMBLY

An apparatus includes at least one pressurized air source, at least one switching valve is in fluid communication with the pressurized air source, and at least one bump stop assembly is in fluid communication with the at least one switching valve. The at least one bump stop assembly includes a body member that at least partially defines a pressure chamber that is in fluid communication with the at least one pressurized air source. A bump stop contact member is coupled to the pressure chamber. A controller is configured to vary a fluid pressure within the pressure chamber in response to an input from at least one vehicle sensor.

SUSPENSION TRAVEL CONTROL SYSTEM

A suspension travel control system (1046) for a vehicle suspension is disclosed. The suspension travel control system includes a stop post (834) secured to the vehicle frame and a suspension travel control formation that includes a base (1042) and a body (1048). The stop post (834) is positioned in a space defined by the body (1048). The suspension travel control formation may be secured to the axle, the main support member or incorporated into the axle coupling assembly to provide a rebound and jounce stop as well as longitudinal redundancy in the event of the failure or loss of a longitudinal linkage.

PRESSURE RELIEF FOR A HYDRAULIC COMPRESSION STOP DEVICE

A damper having a pressure tube, a piston, and a hydraulic compression stop assembly. The piston is arranged in sliding engagement inside the pressure tube. The piston divides the pressure tube into a first working chamber and a second working chamber and the piston is coupled to a piston rod that extends through the first working chamber. The hydraulic compression stop assembly is positioned in the second working chamber. The hydraulic compression stop assembly includes a sleeve, a plunger, a biasing member, and a pressure relief valve. The plunger is arranged in sliding engagement with the sleeve and can therefore move between an extended position and a retracted position. The biasing member biases the plunger towards the extended position and the pressure relief valve relieves excessive fluid pressure inside the hydraulic compression stop assembly.

An extension assembly for a damper includes an extension post having an upper end and a lower end opposite to the upper end. The extension post includes a coupling portion, a narrow portion defining a deformed section, and a wide portion disposed between the coupling portion and the narrow portion. A diameter of the wide portion is greater than a diameter of the narrow portion. The extension assembly includes a retaining member having a sleeve portion received on the narrow portion of the extension post and a plurality of support portions extending from the sleeve portion. Further, the deformed section of the narrow portion secures the retaining member to the narrow portion. The extension assembly further includes a sealing ring disposed around the retaining member. The sealing ring is disposed between the wide portion of the extension post and the plurality of support portions of the retaining member.

Vehicle suspension unit

A longitudinal leaf spring device for suspending a motor vehicle body or chassis on a vehicle axle thereof. Leaf spring device including an elongated leaf spring unit, a coupling device connecting the leaf spring unit to the vehicle axle, and suspension unit arranged in a substantially vertical direction between a chassis and the axle. The suspension unit including suspension elements providing a spring-back force in the vertical direction and producing an active connection between the chassis and the axle when the distance between the chassis and axle exceeds a predetermined first deflection depth.

RETROFIT FOR FARM EQUIPMENT
20210070121 · 2021-03-11 ·

Systems and methods relating to the replacement of specific parts in farm equipment to thereby adjust the farm equipment's capabilities. To modify the ground clearance of farm equipment, especially sprayers with a strut type suspension, the spindles of the suspension system along with the air spring absorber are replaced. The original spindles are replaced with longer spindles while the air spring absorber is replaced with one that allows for an increased range of travel. As well, the fixed length linkage arms that connect the air height control valves to the suspension system may be replaced with longer arms. These longer linkage arms may be of a fixed length or they may be of an adjustable length. Alternatively, a replacement bracket may be used to allow for the reuse of the original linkage arm.
