Air suspension system
An air suspension system includes: an air suspension interposed between a vehicle body and an axle to adjust a vehicle height according to supply and exhaust of air; a compressor that compresses air; a tank that stores the air compressed by the compressor; and an air dryer provided on an ejection side of the compressor. When the tank has a predetermined pressure or less after air is supplied from the tank to the air suspension, a pressure of the tank is increased by the compressor.
Steerable independent wheel suspension with additional bracket
The invention relates inter alia to a steerable independent wheel suspension for a mobile agricultural machine. A support device serves for the pivotable mounting of the independent wheel suspension on a frame part of the agricultural machine. At least one guide column is mounted displaceably in the support device. A wheel hub is guided displaceably along the at least one guide column. A bracket is connected fixedly to the at least one guide column so as to move with the at least one guide column. The bracket can allow a flexible and improved arrangement of height adjustment means, damping means and spring-mounting means of the independent wheel suspension.
Suspension device for a wheeled vehicle
A suspension device for a wheeled vehicle with a plurality of air springs is described. Two main air chambers of two air springs of a respective vehicle axle are connected together via a transverse air chamber which forms an intermediate volume. A compressor arranged between the two transverse air chambers is connected to the first transverse air chamber via a first connecting line in which a first switchable valve is arranged, and to the second transverse air chamber via a second connecting line in which a second switchable valve is arranged, so that direct filling/direct evacuation of the intermediate volumes of the two transverse air chambers is possible.
SYMMETRICALLY DYNAMIC EQUALIZED VOLUME AND PRESSURE AIR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An air management system for a vehicle having a first pneumatic circuit and a second pneumatic circuit, in which the first and second pneumatic circuits are pneumatically connected in a neutral position via a cross-flow mechanism. The first pneumatic circuit includes a first leveling valve configured to adjust independently the height of a first side of the vehicle. The second pneumatic circuit includes a second leveling valve configured to adjust independently the height of a second side of the vehicle. The first and second leveling valves are configured to establish pneumatic communication between the first and second pneumatic circuits when the first leveling valve is not independently adjusting the height of the first side of the vehicle and the second leveling valve is not independently adjusting the height of the second side of the vehicle.

VEHICLE CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS, VEHICLE, STORAGE MEDIUM AND CHIP
A vehicle control method is provided. The vehicle includes an air suspension system, an air spring and an air storage tank in the air suspension system, which are connected through an air circuit. The method includes: obtaining a spring air pressure of the air spring and an air tank air pressure of the air storage tank; and adjusting, in response to determining that the spring air pressure and the air tank air pressure meet a preset condition, a height of an axle corresponding to the air spring in the vehicle by controlling connection or disconnection of the air circuit between the air spring and the air storage tank.
Symmetrically dynamic equalized volume and pressure air management system
An air management system for a vehicle having a supply tank, a system controller integrated with the supply tank, a first pneumatic circuit pneumatically connected to the system controller, and a second pneumatic circuit pneumatically connected to the system controller. The system controller adjusts independently air pressure of the first pneumatic circuit and the second pneumatic circuit without establishing pneumatic communication between the first and second pneumatic circuits. The system controller establishes pneumatic communication between the first and second pneumatic circuits when the system controller is not adjusting independently the air pressure of the first pneumatic circuit and the second pneumatic circuit.
SUSPENSION CONTROL VALVE ARRANGEMENT FOR A PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION SYSTEM OF A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
A suspension control valve arrangement for a pneumatic suspension system of a commercial vehicle includes a supply port, a delivery port, an exhaust port, a service valve arrangement, and an operation control mechanism (5, 6) for switching the service valve arrangement into one of the following normal operation modes of a normal operation status: a blocking position for a blocking mode for blocking an air supply from the supply port to the delivery port, a supply position for a supply mode for supplying air from the supply port to the delivery port, or an exhaust position for a normal exhaust mode for connecting the delivery port to the exhaust port. A dump-control device (7, 11) in the housing (2) is configured for switching between the normal operation status and a quick-dump mode (IV), win which the delivery port is connected to the exhaust port by bypassing the service valve arrangement.
Symmetrically dynamic equalized volume and pressure air management system
An air management system for a vehicle having a first pneumatic circuit and a second pneumatic circuit, in which the first and second pneumatic circuits are pneumatically connected in a neutral position via a cross-flow mechanism. The first pneumatic circuit is configured to independently adjust air pressure of a first side of the vehicle. The second pneumatic circuit is configured to independently adjust air pressure of a second side of the vehicle. The system is configured to establish pneumatic communication between the first and second pneumatic circuits when the air management system is not independently adjusting the adjust air pressure of the first side of the vehicle and the air pressure of the second side of the vehicle in the cross-flow mode.
