BLOWER DEVICE
20230090312 · 2023-03-23 ·

A blower device includes a centrifugal fan that sucks air from one side of the blower device in an axial direction, and an air flow guide disposed between the centrifugal fan and the other side of the blower device in the axial direction. A first air flow from the centrifugal fan is bent toward the other side in the axial direction. A second air flow from the centrifugal fan is bent toward the other side in the axial direction, and then bent inward in the radial direction. A ratio of a pressure loss in the second air flow to a pressure loss in the first air flow before a downstream end of the air flow guide is smaller than a ratio of a pressure loss in the second air flow to a pressure loss in the first air flow before an upstream end of the air flow guide.

An intake air guide device for a vehicle includes an air guide surrounding the outside of a heat exchanger mounted on a front portion of a vehicle and extending forward to guide an airflow so that the air flowing into the front portion of the vehicle flows into the heat exchanger, and a sealing guide extending backward from the front portion of the vehicle to surround the air guide in a state of being spaced apart from the outside, and extending inward or outward to overlap the air guide.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM

There is disclosed an environmental control system for thermally conditioning air within an enclosed space, the system comprising: a refrigerant circuit having a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion device, and an outdoor heat exchanger. The system comprises an exhaust flowpath having a first inlet for receiving an exhaust flow of thermally conditioned air from the enclosed space and an outlet for discharging the exhaust flow to an external environment. A heat transfer section of the outdoor heat exchanger is located in the exhaust flowpath, wherein the exhaust flowpath is for directing the exhaust flow of thermally conditioned air through the heat transfer section of the outdoor heat exchanger.

HVAC system for vehicle

A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system for a vehicle may include a heating body positioned inside an HVAC duct of the vehicle, formed between a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion having polarities opposite to each other. The heating body is configured to generate heat when the heating body is electrified to increase a temperature of an air being transported through the HVAC duct.

Air conditioner

An air conditioner includes an air conditioning case, a blower fan, and a facing wall portion. The air conditioning case configures an air passage through which air to be blown into an interior flows. The blower fan is disposed inside the air conditioning case. The facing wall portion is disposed on an air flow upstream side of the blower fan to face a suction port of the blower fan. The air conditioning case has a facing surface that faces the facing wall portion and in which through holes are formed. The air conditioning case has a closed space formed therein on an opposite side of the facing surface with respect to the air passage and communicating with the air passage via the through holes. The through holes and the closed space form a resonator having a predetermined resonance frequency.

Vehicle HVAC control system and method

A vehicle HVAC system includes a component within a refrigerant system in a vehicle HVAC system, a vibration sensor that generates a vibration signal indicating a vibration of the component, and a controller in communication with the vibration sensor to receive the vibration signal and the refrigerant system. The controller is configured to determine whether the vibration signal corresponds to a predetermined vibration value and for adjusting the operation of the refrigerant system to minimize the system noise if the vibration signal corresponds to the predetermined vibration value.

AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

This air-conditioning device (10) for a vehicle comprises a flow path width adjustment portion (14) that is provided at an inlet portion (11BA) of a ventilation flow path (11B) so as to be connected to the inner surface (31a) of a first side wall (31), the flow path width adjustment portion (14) having an upper end connected to a fan mounting portion (35), extending downward, and being located between a third wall (33) and a nose portion (37) in the (Y) direction. The nose portion (37) has an inclined portion (37A) that is inclined with respect to the third wall (33) such that the width of the inlet portion (11BA) increases in the (Z) direction from the inlet to the outlet of the inlet portion (11BA) of the ventilation flow path (11B). In the (Z) direction, the flow path width adjustment portion (14) is formed so as to narrow the width of the inlet portion (11BA) of the ventilation flow path (11B) in the (Y) direction.

Air conditioning unit for vehicle

An air conditioning unit for a vehicle includes: an air conditioning case defining an in-case passage in which air flows to a vehicle interior; a cooler arranged in the air conditioning case and configured to cool the air flowing in the in-case passage; a blower that includes a blower motor and an impeller configured to be rotated by the blower motor and generate an air flow in the in-case passage; and a cooling passage portion defining a motor cooling passage in which air flows to cool the blower motor. The blower is arranged downstream of the cooler with respect to the air flow in the air conditioning case. The motor cooling passage includes a passage inlet located downstream of the impeller with respect to the air flow in the in-case passage, and a passage outlet located upstream of the impeller with respect to the air flow in the in-case passage.

Vehicle air conditioner

A vehicle air conditioner is disclosed. The present invention provides the vehicle air conditioner, which: can directly control the amount of air passing through an evaporator and a heater core since a blower is disposed between the evaporator and the heater core; has front and rear seat discharge units respectively having heater cores, thereby having a simple form, minimizing energy consumption, and independently enabling four or more zones, including front and rear seats, the left and right of the front seats, and the left and right of the rear seats, to be air-conditioned; and can discharge an offensive smell to the outside during initial driving of a vehicle since the air outside a vehicle, flowing in from an air inlet, and indoor air flowing in from an inside air suction port, disposed at the center of the vehicle, are discharged to the outside of the vehicle by means of a second blower, and not by a front seat blower, for discharging the air to the rear seats.
