HEATING AND COOLING DEVICE FOR HANDLES, ESPECIALLY OF STEERING MECHANISM

The present invention refers to a climate control device (15) for influencing at least one climatic parameter of a handle (5) of a steering device (2).

STEERING WHEEL VENTILATION SYSTEM

A steering wheel ventilation system for creating an airflow through a hand-held portion of a steering wheel of a vehicle. The steering wheel ventilation system comprises a steering column part configured to be integrated in or connected to a steering column of the vehicle. The steering column part comprises a stator of a drive, and a steering wheel part configured to be integrated in or connected to the steering wheel of the vehicle. The steering wheel part comprises a rotor of the drive, wherein the rotor is configured to rotate about a ventilation axis, an impeller housing configured to be integrated in or connected to the steering wheel and configured for accommodating an impeller, the impeller positioned within the impeller housing, the impeller being connected to the rotor, and the at least one air channel.

HEATING DEVICE

A heater device has a heater body and a heater case. The heater body has a heat generating part generating heat and radiates the heat supplied from the heat generating part. The heater case is attached to an interior member provided in an interior and houses the heater body, such that an interior-side surface of the heater body is located on a back side of the interior member. The heater case is provided with a ventilation passage through which a space outside the heater case located on the back side of the interior member communicates with the interior-side surface of the heater body.

HEATING AND COOLING DEVICE FOR HANDLES

A climate control device (15) for influencing at least one climatic parameter of a handle (5) of a steering device (2), the climate control device (15) having an air moving device (21) for providing a stream of air, a handle distributor (26) for distributing a stream of air towards at least a part of the handle (5). It is planned that the air moving device (21) as well as the handle distributor (26) can be or are mounted to a static area, which remains static in relation to adjustment movements of the steering device (2), the handle distributor (26) has at least one air outlet (35,35) to generate a stream of air from the handle distributor (26) at the static area towards the handle (5).

HEATING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

A heating system for a vehicle includes: a heater for non-contact heating that emits radiation heat by heat supplied from its heat generating part, which generates heat upon energization, to give warmth to an occupant in a state where a body of the occupant is not in contact with the heater; a heater for contact heating that generates heat upon energization to give warmth to the occupant in a state where the body of the occupant is in contact with the heater; and a control device that controls operations of the heater for contact heating and the heater for non-contact heating. The control device adjusts a heating output provided by the heater for contact heating and a heating output provided by the heater for non-contact heating, and controls the operations to be switchable between: a non-contact heating priority mode to make larger the heating output of the heater for non-contact heating than the heating output of the heater for contact heating; and a contact heating priority mode to make larger the heating output of the heater for contact heating than the heating output of the heater for non-contact heating. As a consequence of the above, the occupant can enjoy a sense of heating that is not stereotypical, and achieve energy saving.

The invention relates to a device for controlling the temperature of an electrical energy store on the motor vehicle side, comprising at least one temperature control system having at least one pettier element, which can be thermally coupled, or is thermally coupled, with the electrical energy store on the motor vehicle side, or to an electrical energy store on the motor vehicle side to be temperature-controlled, wherein in addition, the at least one temperature control system is thermally coupled with at least one temperature-control fluid reservoir containing at least one temperature-control fluid

Vehicle vent assembly

A vehicle is disclosed. The vehicle includes a passenger cabin; a steering wheel having a hub and a rim; and a ventilation system having a first air outlet for discharging a first jet of air, and a second air outlet for discharging a second jet of air. The first jet of air projects through a gap between the hub and the rim, and the second jet of air intersects and deflects the first jet of air.

Temperature Setting of a Portion of a Vehicle

An example operation includes one or more of determining a time to a destination of a vehicle maneuvering to the destination when an external temperature is outside of a temperature range, determining a state of charge (SoC) of a battery of the vehicle, and setting a temperature of one or more portions of a seat occupied by an occupant of the vehicle, based on the time and the SoC.
