Air Cooling Of The Electronics Of A BLDC Motor
A fan unit for a cooling system in an automobile, comprises an electric motor comprising a rotor and a stator, wherein the stator is formed in the centre of the electric motor and the rotor is arranged radially outwards around the stator, a heat sink adjacent to the stator shaft comprising electronic components comprising heat fins fixed to the circumference of the heat sink and a fan hub, fixedly connected to the rotor of the electric motor and located radially outwards of the rotor, the fan hub extends in the direction of the heat sink and comprises fan blades to generate an air flow, wherein the fan hub further comprises a radial impeller that is located adjacent to the heat fins of the impeller.
Air conditioning device
An air conditioning device is provided. The air conditioning device comprises a fan and is provided on an underside of a seating surface of a vehicle seat. The fan comprises a case module and a restrictor. The case module comprises a first case and a second case. The first case is located at a side of the fan where the seating surface is located. The second case is located at a side of the fan opposite to the seating surface and is assembled to the first case. The restrictor is configured to restrict assembling of the first case and the second case to each other when an orientation of the second case with respect to the first case is different from a specified orientation.
VEHICLE HVAC AIRFLOW SYSTEM
A vehicle airflow system includes a centrifugal fan and an air diffuser. The centrifugal fan is configured to direct air radially outward from a rotational axis of the fan. The air diffuser has a plurality of air deflectors that are disposed radially about the fan. The air deflectors have curved surfaces. Each curved surface defines an airflow channel that has an inlet extending radially outward from a periphery of the centrifugal fan and an outlet extending axially away from the diffuser relative to the rotational axis of the fan.
COOLING FAN DEVICE
A cooling fan device uses a cooling fan coupled to an engine via a fan clutch to generate cooling air flow for a radiator. The cooling fan device includes an electronic control unit configured to control an engagement rate of the fan clutch. The electronic control unit is configured to execute a first calculation process, a second calculation process, and an upper limit guarding process, thereby controlling the engagement rate based on a value of a coolant temperature requested engagement rate that has been subjected to an upper limit guarding process. A first upper limit rotation speed is set to a lower speed when a vehicle speed is relatively low than when the vehicle speed is relatively high.
COOLING PACKAGE FOR A MACHINE
A mounting assembly to mount a cooling fan assembly within a cooling package of a machine, is provided. The cooling package includes an inlet header, an outlet header, and a cooling core having a side extending between the inlet header and the outlet header. The mounting assembly includes a mounting plate coupled to the side of the cooling core. The mounting assembly further includes a mounting bracket coupled to the mounting plate and includes a mounting member for releasably coupling the cooling fan assembly within the cooling package.
A CONDITIONED AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
A vehicle is provided herein. The vehicle includes a windshield positioned between an instrument panel and a headliner. A duct is positioned above the headliner and has an inlet and an outlet. An air conditioning system is configured to push conditioned air out of the instrument panel generally toward the inlet. A fan is proximate the inlet and is configured to draw the conditioned air into the inlet and push the conditioned air out of the outlet toward a vehicle window proximate the outlet.
Control apparatus and method for cooling fan of vehicle
An apparatus for a vehicle includes a cooling fan installed in an engine compartment of the vehicle. A fan motor is connected with the cooling fan to drive the cooling fan. A state detector is configured to detect state data, and a controller is configured to control the cooling fan based on the state data when an intake temperature is within a predetermined range, to determine whether the state data satisfies a decision reference condition, and to lock the fan motor according to a change rate of air conditioner refrigerant pressure during a measurement time when the state data satisfies the decision reference condition.
Ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger
A ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger of a motor vehicle is provided, which includes a main body with a main opening, an electric fan mounted in the main opening, a connector and a retaining structure arranged on the main body. The electric fan includes an impeller and an associated electric driving motor. The connector is connected to the electric motor via an electric cable, and includes a plurality of terminals. The retaining structure includes a cavity having an open side for inserting the connector and a closed side for preventing an external access to the terminals of the connector, and a retaining member to retain the connector.
Fan stator construction to minimize axial depth
