At a rear fin main body of the second rear fin of the above two rear fins that are adjacent to each other, a recessed portion configured to close a gap between the first rear fin and the second rear fin that are adjacent to each other by the recessed portion coming into contact with the protrusion portion is provided in proximity to a rear turning shaft portion.

VENTILATOR

A ventilator includes a first louver, second louvers, side walls, a first inclined member, and a convex part. The first inclined member is inclined so that an opening area widens from the upstream side to a downstream side. The first inclined member has a vertex of inclination in a cross-sectional view that is positioned at the upstream side. The convex part is arranged adjacent at the upstream side in the airflow direction to the vertex. In a maximum angle state in which the first louver is rotated so that an upstream end part of the first louver is closest to the first inclined member, the upstream end part is positioned further to the downstream side in the airflow direction than the vertex. The convex part projects further to an inside of the flow path than the vertex, and extends across the second louvers when seen along the airflow direction.

Deployable vent for automotive ventilation system

A ventilation system is provided for a transportation vehicle having a passenger cabin with an interior trim surface. A stationary duct segment receives an inlet air flow and has a stationary outlet hidden behind the interior trim surface. A telescoping duct segment has a sliding inlet sealingly coupled to the stationary outlet so that it slides on the stationary outlet between a retracted position and an extended position. The telescoping duct segment has a movable outlet arranged to provide a variable flow cross section to the passenger cabin that increases as the telescoping duct segment slides from the retracted position to the extended position. A trim hood provides a portion of the interior trim surface and is movable with the telescoping duct segment. The trim hood has a pivot axis at an end of the trim hood remote from the movable outlet.

VEHICULAR REGISTER APPARATUS

A vehicular register apparatus includes an apparatus body having a ventilation path with a downstream end provided as a blow outlet to a vehicle room. Fins are arranged in the ventilation path. The fins are spaced to each other in a first direction intersecting with an airflow direction. Each of the fins extends in a second direction intersecting with the airflow direction and the first direction. The fins respectively have shaft parts for supporting the fins on the apparatus body. The apparatus body includes guide passages for swingably and slidably supporting the shaft parts. The guide passages are formed so as to be apart in the first direction from each other toward the vehicle room.

VANE ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR AN AIR REGISTER AND AN AIR REGISTER ASSEMBLY

A vane adjustment device in an air register includes a front vane connector pivotably connected to a front vane and a rear vane connector pivotably connected to a rear vane. The front vane connector includes a sliding member substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the front vane and the rear vane connector includes a first joint. The first joint is movably connected to the sliding member to enable a linear movement of the sliding member relative to the first joint.

COUPLING DEVICE

The present invention provides a coupling device including a first rotating body and a second rotating body disposed coaxially with each other and rotatable relative to each other. The coupling device includes a spacer disposed between the first rotating body and the second rotating body; and a pressing member for performing pressing of at least one rotating body of the first rotating body and the second rotating body against the spacer. The spacer is formed of an elastic member, and generates a frictional force between the spacer and the one rotating body when the pressing member performs the pressing. The one rotating body and the spacer are formed to have a configuration that allows the one rotating body or the spacer to be idled when torque larger than the frictional force acts between the one rotating body and the spacer.

Air conditioning register

There is provided an air conditioning register which can prevent or effectively suppress a reduction in an effective opening surface area at an air-conditioned air blow-out portion, and which has good blow-out efficiency of air-conditioned air. A first flow path 42 and a second flow path 44, whose directions toward a blow-out bezel 26 differ, are formed within a retainer 12 of an air conditioning register 10. A first damper 52 and plural second dampers 58, which are interlocked with one another, are provided at the retainer 12. The first damper 52 opens and closes the first flow path 42, and the second dampers 58 open and close the second flow path 44. The first damper 52 and the second dampers 58 are operated such that either one of the first flow path 42 and the second flow path 44 is opened and the other is closed, and the flow path of the air-conditioned air is switched. In this way, a blow-out direction of the air-conditioned air from the blow-out bezel 26 is controlled, while a reduction in an effective opening surface area at the blow-out bezel 26 is prevented or effectively suppressed.

MESH TYPE AIR VENT APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
20220227204 · 2022-07-21 · ·

A mesh type air vent apparatus for a vehicle includes a duct including an open inlet and an open outlet, a mesh cover including a plurality of mesh holes communicating with the outlet of the duct, a wind direction adjusting wing provided in the duct and configured to laterally adjust a wind direction, air dampers disposed on upper and lower ends of the wind direction adjusting wing in the duct to selectively open or close gaps between the outlet of the duct and upper and lower ends of the mesh cover, and a link part which individually moves the air dampers in the duct in forward and backward directions.

Air vent

So as to guide an air current flowing out of an air vent for a motor vehicle, an air deflection element, which can be moved transversely in an air channel of the air vent, is disposed upstream of an air guide body in a flow direction, which includes air passages, for which the air deflection element includes congruent windows.

A seal includes a first segment and a second segment. The second segment has an outer periphery and defines a central orifice. The second segment also has first, second, third, and fourth living hinges. The first and second living hinges are formed between the outer periphery and the central orifice. The first and second living hinges are disposed on opposing sides of the central orifice. The third and fourth living hinges are formed between the outer periphery and the central orifice. The third and fourth living hinges are disposed on opposing sides of the central orifice. The second segment is configured to be adjusted about the first, second, third, and fourth living hinges such that the second segment forms a plurality of spokes extending outward from a central hub.
