Brake device for an adjustable vent outlet of a motor vehicle
A brake device (100) for braking the movement of at least one movable element (1) relative to a housing (2) of an air outlet, wherein the movable element (1) is an air-flow-directing and/or air-flow-limiting element and/or an actuation element, wherein the brake device (100) has at least one resilient element (4), wherein the resilient element (4) has a main extent direction which is orientated at least substantially perpendicularly to a movement path of the at least one movable element (1). An air outlet, having such a brake device, is also provided.
Air vent diffuser
Aspects presented herein provide a solution to the problem of conditioned air blown into the passenger compartment in a concentrated direction and the discomfort that users may experience from the concentrated conditioned air. The apparatus includes a plate portion having a central flat surface and angled side surfaces, and a ball joint extending from a rear surface of the plate portion. The apparatus includes a stem portion having a socket and a plurality of legs. The stem portion may be removably coupled to the plate portion at a rear surface of the central flat surface. The ball joint of the plate portion may be received within the socket such that the positioning of the plate portion may be adjustable.
VEHICLE AIR VENT STRUCTURE AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
A vehicle air vent structure includes a vent duct having a front surface facing a vehicle interior and being open to form a discharge port configured to discharge air, a rear wing accommodated in a region of the discharge port and being rotatably coupled to the vent duct, a plurality of front wings disposed in a direction orthogonal to the rear wing behind the rear wing, a driving member mounted outside the vent duct and being coupled to the front wings to selectively rotate the front wings, and a spacer elongated in a width direction of the vent duct to rotate the plurality of front wings, wherein the front wings rotate together with the driving member, in response to a driving force being generated from the driving member and the front wings being manually rotatable, in response to the driving force being blocked from the driving member.
Air outlet apparatus for an interior of a motor vehicle, and system
An air outlet apparatus for an interior of a motor vehicle includes a first ventilation gap and a second ventilation gap, which are spaced apart from each other, a decorative element, which is coupled to a fitting covering for the motor vehicle and arranged between the first and the second ventilation gap, and a control unit, which is coupled to the decorative element and has a first regulating element and a second regulating element. An intensity of an air flow through at least one of the ventilation gaps and, by way of the second regulating element, an alignment of the air flow through at least one of the ventilation gaps can be adjusted independently of each other.
AIR REGISTER ASSEMBLY
A vehicle air register assembly includes a housing defining a cavity. An upstream portion of the cavity is disposed proximate to an inlet and a downstream portion of the cavity is disposed proximate to an outlet. Vertical vanes are disposed within the upstream portion. The vertical vanes direct air in a horizontal direction. A horizontal vane assembly is disposed within the downstream portion. The horizontal vane assembly directs the air in a vertical direction. The horizontal vane assembly includes at least one horizontal vane including a driver portion rotatably coupled to the housing proximate to the outlet and a follower portion coupled to the housing proximate to the upstream portion. The follower portion is rotatably coupled to the driver portion.
Air vent for a vehicle
An air vent for a vehicle includes a housing (10) and an air-guiding element (30), wherein the air-guiding element (30) is mounted in the housing (10) so as to be pivotable in different directions about at least one centre of rotation (D), wherein a first drive element acts on the air-guiding element (30) at a first engagement point (A.sub.1), and a second drive element acts on the air-guiding element (30) at a second engagement point (A.sub.2), wherein the second engagement point (A.sub.2) defines, with the at least one centre of rotation (D) of the air-guiding element (30), a first pivot axis (S1) about which the first drive element pivots the air-guiding element (30), and wherein the first engagement point (A.sub.1) defines, with the at least one centre of rotation (D) of the air-guiding element (30), a second pivot axis (S.sub.2) about which the second drive element pivots the air-guiding element (30).
Air vents
A gear system for pivoting blades of an air vent, which is releasable or disengageable. For this purpose, one embodiment provides a rack and pinion gear system comprising helical pinions, which engage with a toothed rack as a result of an axial force due to a helical spline when rotational driving, and thereby establish a drive connection with the blades.
LEVER FOR AN AIR VENT ASSEMBLY
A lever for an air vent assembly. The lever includes a first arm and a second arm, each extending from a base portion creating a guiding path therebetween. The first arm includes a first portion having a curved profile to facilitate abutment of the first portion with a movable disc of the assembly. The lever has a flexible third arm extending from the base portion and configured substantially parallel to the second arm. This shape and/or material of the third arm facilitates smooth and constant abutment of the first portion with the movable disc, and ensures a soft contact of the first lever against an inner surface of a housing of the assembly.
VANE CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY FOR AN AIR VENT
A vane controller assembly for an air vent of a vehicle. Vane controller assembly includes a deco panel adapted to be fitted in the air vent, and a knob movably coupled to the deco panel using a shaft. The vane controller assembly includes an elastic member having a body portion that has a hole, and protrusion(s) configured on an outer surface of the body portion, which is adapted to engage and lock with a slot provided at a first end of the knob. The shaft passes through the hole of the body portion of the elastic member such that the elastic member is slidably and rotatably engaged with the shaft, and allows a user to adjust orientation of vanes of vane controller assembly in a required direction.
Air vent device for vehicle
An air vent device for a vehicle includes an upper air guide wing and a lower air guide wing are mounted within an air duct to be rotatable vertically, and an air guide control plate, which vertically rotates the upper and lower air guide wings by driving an actuator, is mounted at the side position of the air duct, thereby easily controlling the vertical wind direction of the air by the rotation of the upper air guide wing or the lower air guide wing which interlocks when the air guide control plate rotates.
