Humidification device
A humidification device is used in a vehicle air conditioner having a cooler disposed in an air conditioning case. The air conditioning case has a ventilation path leading air into a vehicle compartment. The humidification device has an adsorber that absorbs and desorbs moisture, a blower, a door that opens or closes an air flow path, and a controller. The controller switches the air flow path by controlling the door to set (i) a dehumidification mode in which air cooled by the cooler is led to the adsorber, and moisture in the air is adsorbed by the adsorber or (ii) a humidification mode in which air is led to the adsorber, the moisture is moved from the adsorber to the air to humidify the air, and the humidified air is blown toward an occupant.
Method of controlling a climate control system
A method of controlling a climate control system. The method may include positioning a valve to block airflow from a desiccant to a port, permit airflow from the port to a blower, and circulate air through the desiccant and then through a trim component. The valve may be disposed between the port and the blower. The desiccant may be disposed between the blower and the valve.
AIR PURIFICATION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An air purification device for a vehicle includes: a sorption device provided with a sorbent; an air intake duct for sucking air in a vehicle cabin; an outlet-side three-way valve connected to the sorption device; an air supply duct for blowing air into the cabin; an exhaust duct for discharging air to outside of the cabin; a blower; a heater; and a controller. The controller selectively executes a purification mode in which air in the cabin is sent into the sorption device at a purification temperature, and purified air from which moisture and carbon dioxide have been removed by the sorbent is blown into the cabin, and a first regeneration mode in which air heated to a first regeneration temperature is sent into the sorption device, and exhaust air containing moisture and carbon dioxide released from the sorbent is discharged to the outside of the cabin.
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A vehicle air-conditioning system includes a cold-air circulation section in which indoor air of a vehicle is cooled via heat exchange with a refrigerant and is again supplied to a passenger compartment, a hot-air circulation section in which the indoor air is raised in temperature via heat exchange and is then again supplied to the passenger compartment, a purification circulation section in which the indoor air is introduced and purified and is then again supplied to the passenger compartment, and a refrigerant circulation section in which the refrigerant circulates to undergo heat exchange with the cold-air circulation section and the hot-air circulation section. The vehicle air-conditioning system separates an indoor air flow-path from an outdoor air flow-path to block outdoor air when performing air conditioning, and performs air conditioning of the passenger compartment using only the indoor air without entry of the outdoor air.
AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle includes an air conditioning case in which an cooling air cooled by a cooling device and a heating air heated by a heating device flow into a temperature adjustment space. In the air conditioning case, a humidity adjustment passage guides a part of the heating air to an adsorbent as an air desorbing moisture from the adsorbent, and guides a part of the cooling air to the adsorbent as an air having moisture to be adsorbed by the adsorbent. The temperature adjustment space and the humidity adjustment passage are provided downstream of the cooling device and the heating device. An air passage extending from the humidity adjustment passage to a humidification duct is provided with a mixing inhibitor that inhibits mixing of the heating air and the cooling air and mixing of a dehumidifying air and a humidifying air.
VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE
A flow channel located downstream of a temperature regulating device branches off into a first flow channel and a second flow channel. In the first flow channel, a windshield's-side flow channel connecting to a windshield's-side air outlet port and an adsorbent's-side flow channel connecting to an adsorbent inflow section are formed. At the time of regeneration treatment of an adsorbent, by interrupting communication between the first flow channel and the second flow channel, interrupting communication between a temperature regulating device outflow section and the windshield's-side air outlet port, and making the temperature regulating device outflow section and the adsorbent inflow section communicate with each other, the air warmed by the temperature regulating device is preferentially guided to the adsorbent.
AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An air conditioning device for a vehicle includes a first flow path through which air subject to dehumidification flows, a second flow path through which air for recovery flows, a desiccant part and a controller. The desiccant part is fluidly communicated with the first and second flow paths, and configured to adsorb moisture contained in the air subject to dehumidification, and to discharge the moisture to the air for recovery. The controller is configured to control an air volume of the air subject to dehumidification and an air volume of the air for recovery so that the air volume of the air for recovery is less than the air volume of the air subject to dehumidification, after the air volume of the air for recovery reaches a prescribed air volume for achieving a target dehumidification amount of the air subject to dehumidification.
Humidification device and air conditioner for vehicle
A humidification device includes: an adsorber having an adsorbent that adsorbs and desorbs moisture; an adsorption case that forms an accommodating space to accommodate the adsorber; a first introduction portion that introduces cooled air produced by a cooling portion into the adsorption case; a second introduction portion that introduces heated air produced by the heating portion into the adsorption case; and a humidification-side guiding portion that guides humidification air humidified by the moisture desorbed within the adsorption case, to the vehicle interior. The first introduction portion is connected to a bottom surface portion of the air-conditioning case on the air-flow downstream side of the cooling portion in the air-conditioning case.
Humidification device and air conditioner for vehicle

The first introduction portion is connected to one of an upper surface portion and a side surface portion of the air-conditioning case, on an air-flow downstream side of the cooling portion in the air-conditioning case.
HUMIDIFYING DEVICE
A humidifying device has an adsorption module and a blower. The adsorption module has the adsorbent. The adsorption module is configured to adsorb the water from the air passing through the adsorption module to the adsorbent and is configured to desorb the water from the adsorbent to air passing through the adsorption module. The blower blows the air to the adsorption module. The blower, in an adsorption operation in which the adsorbent adsorbs the water from air, draws the air from a roof space and blows the air to the adsorption module whereby the adsorption module adsorbs the water from the air. The roof space is defined between a vehicle ceiling panel and a ceiling interior member.
