Door for utility vehicle and utility vehicle employing same door
A door for utility vehicle including a door body part provided with a grip part used for opening and closing the door. The door body part is supported by a vehicle body frame in a manner of being capable of being set at a plurality of closed states each having a different gap between the door body part and the vehicle body frame.
Trim panel
The present invention relates to a trim panel (1; 101) for a motor vehicle. The trim panel (1; 101) has a first connector (11; 103) for mounting the trim panel (1; 101). The first connector (11; 103) is elongated and extends longitudinally along the trim panel (1; 101). The present invention also relates to a method of mounting a trim panel (1; 101); and a method of forming first and second connectors (11, 13; 103, 105).
Vehicle door assemblies, and methods of use and manufacture thereof
Some embodiments are directed to a door lining assembly for use with a vehicle that defines a vehicle exterior and a vehicle passenger compartment. The door lining assembly can include a base assembly including an outboard base that defines a substantially planar upper surface that extends obliquely relative to a transverse direction of the vehicle so as to face upwardly toward the vehicle exterior. The base assembly can also include an inboard base that defines a substantially planar upper surface that extends obliquely relative to the upper surface of the outboard base downward toward the vehicle passenger compartment. The outboard and inboard bases can be joined together to form a peak that is the vertically highest portion of the base assembly. A unitary topcoat can cover the upper surfaces of the outboard and inboard bases.
Armrest Assembly for Vehicle and Door Assembly Having Slidable Armrest for Vehicle
A door assembly includes a door panel including a metallic plate material, a lower trim attached to the door panel, and an armrest installed on top of the lower trim and configured to be slidable in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The door assembly further includes a base fixedly installed on the top of the lower trim, a slider positioned on top of the base, wherein the armrest is coupled to a top of the slider, and a guide fixedly installed on the base and configured to penetrate the slider.
SIDE DOOR STRUCTURE AND SIDE DOOR MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VEHICLE
There are provided an outer member, an inner member connected to the outer member, door components including a door glass provided between the outer member and the inner member, and a reinforcement outer member extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction at an upper end portion of the inner member which is positioned on an outward side, in a vehicle width direction, of the door glass. The outer member includes an outer panel and an annular frame member which is joined to an outer peripheral portion of the outer panel by a hemming method, the reinforcement outer member is connected to the inner member at its front and rear end portions, and a seal outer member to seal a gap between the outer member and the door glass is attached to an upper frame portion fastened to the reinforcement outer member.
Isolated fixing system for actuators
An isolated fixing system for attaching an actuator to a vehicle door including an actuator fixing clip having a head portion, an engagement portion, and a guide portion, an isolation grommet with a flange and a receiving portion configured to engage the fixing clip, and a receiver integrated with the actuator to secure the actuator to a vehicle. The system may include an actuator fixing clip, a head portion, an engagement portion, and a guide portion of the actuator fixing clip that may be configured to engage an opening in a vehicle door and that, when inserted into the vehicle door, may be rotatable via the head portion from an unlocked position to a locked position, fixing the actuator to the vehicle door.
SECONDARY SEALING ON A CARRIER FOR A DOOR MODULE
A carrier module for a motor vehicle door assembly having inner and outer panels defining an internal door cavity between the inner and outer panels, with the inner panel having a central opening bounded by an inner periphery and at least one access opening remote from the central opening is provided. The carrier module includes a wall having an outer periphery sized to close off the opening in the inner panel, wherein the wall has at least one access port configured to register with the at least one access opening. Further, the carrier module includes at least one cover configured to close off the at least one access port, wherein the cover is readily removable to allow access to a component within the cavity.
VEHICLE
A vehicle may include a vehicle body, a door, a window frame, a window panel, a lower support and an anti-vibration member. The window panel may be provided in the window frame, configured to be manually raised and lowered, and supported to movable between an upper limit position where the window panel closes an opening of the window frame and a lower limit position where the window panel opens the opening of the window frame. The lower support may include a groove. The groove may be configured to receive a lower edge of the window panel when the window panel is located at the lower limit position. The anti-vibration member may have viscoelasticity, disposed in the groove of the lower support, and configured to hold the window panel from both sides of the window panel.
Vehicle door assembly
A vehicle door assembly with an inner door panel, an outer door panel and a reinforcement assembly. A first attachment area is defined adjacent to an upper edge and a forward edge and a second attachment area is defined adjacent to the upper edge and a rearward edge of the inner door panel. The inner door panel and the outer door panel are fixedly attached to one another and define a hollow space therebetween. The reinforcement assembly has a first end fixedly attached to the first attachment area of the inner door panel and a second end fixedly attached to the second attachment area of the inner door panel. A mid-section extends of the reinforcement assembly extends along the upper edge of the outer door panel. The mid-section of the reinforcement assembly and the upper edge of the inner door panel define a window receiving slot therebetween.
Automotive panel hem stabilizing assembly and method
An automotive panel assembly includes, among other things, a first panel, a second panel, a flange of the first panel folded over an edge region of the second panel to hem together the first and second panel, and a dimple of the flange extending into an aperture within the edge region of the second panel. At least a portion of the aperture is exposed.
