A tonneau system that includes a tonneau cover and a canister. The canister includes one or more tracks for guiding the tonneau cover within the canister during movement of the tonneau cover relative to the canister; and a retraction system including: a drive roller; one or more drive gears; and a bias member that moves the drive roller and the one or more gears to assist in moving the tonneau cover relative to the canister.

A cover for a truck bed that can be horizontally traversed between expanded and collapsed positions is shown. Since the cover is horizontally traversed, the person manipulating the cover need not lift the cover vertically in order to reconfigure the cover between the expanded and collapsed positions. The locking device comprises a pipe member having predetermined length is configured to have a transverse opening. The covering member is slidably attached to a bead insert positioned inside the pipe member via the transverse opening, wherein the covering member is configured to securely wrap the contents of a storage space. The locking device is configured to enable a climate controlled environment for the wrapped contents of the storage space. A locking assembly and method of using the same is also disclosed.

A deployable cap assembly for a pickup truck bed includes a collapsible frame assembly, at least one motor operatively connected to the collapsible frame assembly, and a frame guide system. A flexible cover is attached to the collapsible frame assembly. The frame guide system may include a pair of guide channels disposed at opposed bed sides of the pickup truck bed and a pulley system operatively connected to the at least one motor and to a portion of the collapsible frame assembly. A controller operatively connected to the at least one motor is configured to at least partially translate the collapsible frame assembly between a fully stowed position and a fully deployed position. An actuator is operatively connected to the at least one motor and/or to the controller. One or more actuable light sources may be disposed on the collapsible frame assembly and/or the flexible cover.

A rollo assembly comprises a rollo screen having opposed forward and rearward edges and two opposed side edges extending in a longitudinal direction. A biased winding shaft supports the rollo screen at the rearward edge thereof. An operating beam connects to the forward edge of the rollo screen. Two guide members extend in said longitudinal direction and each define a guide channel for guiding an operating beam end. Near to each of the operating beam ends a first end of an elongate flexible drive member is connected, wherein each drive member, starting from a position near to the respective operating beam end, firstly extends in the longitudinal direction away from the winding shaft, next around a reversal member and finally in the longitudinal direction towards the winding shaft. Each drive member has a second end which has a stationary position. The reversal member is driven in said longitudinal direction.

The convertible tarp system includes a plurality of bows and trolleys that support a tarp structure. A guide track defines a longitudinal path of movement and supports the trolleys for movement along the longitudinal path.
