VEHICLE CONVERTIBLE TOP SYSTEMS
A vehicle includes a vehicle body including a truck bed at least partially defining a cargo area, a vehicle interior with passenger seating, and a multi-component hard top assembly configured to selectively and removably couple to the vehicle body to provide an enclosed configuration at least partially enclosing the vehicle interior. The multi-component hard top assembly includes a rear window assembly configured to selectively and removably couple to the vehicle body.
VEHICLE CONVERTIBLE TOP SYSTEMS
A modular, multi-component hard top assembly for a vehicle having an interior with front passenger seating, rear passenger seating, and a rear cargo area is provided. In one example implementation, the hard top assembly includes a base frame configured to removably couple to a body of the vehicle, and a plurality of removable roof panels selectively coupleable to the base frame to create a substantially contiguous roof over the vehicle interior. Each removable roof panel of the plurality of removable roof panels is separately removable from the base frame to provide an open air configuration at that specific location of the hard top assembly while enabling a user to detach, remove, and transport a smaller portion of the hard top assembly without assistance or specialized equipment.
Tonneau cover bed rail assembly with connector
A tonneau cover bed rail assembly that includes: a first bed rail section; a second rail section; and a connector configured to join together the first rail section and the second rail section. At least one seal arranged between an end of the first bed rail section and an end of the second bed rail section. The tonneau cover bed rail assembly is configured to extend along a length of a bed wall of cargo area of a pickup truck.
METHOD OF ENHANCING RAIN AND SUN PROTECTION USING A RAIN AND SUN SHIELD FOR GOLF CARTS
A method for enhancing the rain and sun protection of a golf cart roof using a rain and sun shield device. The rain and sun shield for a covered golf cart is semi-permanently attached to the roof of a golf cart. The device is easy to install; will retrofit to any standard golf cart roof; does not interfere with the parking and storing profile (i.e. are sized to fit within the perimeter of any standard golf cart roof when in the closed position) of a fleet of golf carts. The device is easily opened and closed to provide the golf cart user with added sun and rain protection when in use.

Zipper less removable windows for a folding suv soft top
A zipper less removable window system having removable windows for use with a foldable, stowable roof for a vehicle. A plurality of attachment devices of the zipper less removable window system connect the windows to the foldable, stowable roof and to the vehicle without the use of zippers. The operator zipper effort caused by traditional windows is thereby eliminated and misalignment issues present with traditional zippered windows is eliminated or reduced. The stress placed on the portions of the windows connectable to the foldable roof during installation and removal, including around curved portions of the removable window, is eliminated or reduced.

Latch structure of tonneau cover
A truck cover system includes a rail; a cross bar coupled to the rail, the cross bar comprising: a slide slot passing through opposite side surfaces of the cross bar; a slide channel formed in a bottom surface of the cross bar, wherein the slide channel extends in a lateral direction and intersects the slide slot; and a latching system coupled to the cross bar, wherein the latching system comprises: a slide member passing through the slide slot and is slidable within the slide slot; a saddle member rotatably riding on the slide member, wherein the saddle member comprises at least one leg; a connecting member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the connecting member is rotatably coupled to the leg of the saddle member; and a clamp structure coupled to the second end of the connecting member.
Vehicle sunshade assembly with magnetic coupler
A vehicle sunshade including a foldable screen dimensioned for mounted coverage of a vehicle roof top opening with a leading edge dimensioned for removable attachment to a front periphery of the opening and a rear portion adapted for removable mounted engagement with a corresponding rear portion of the opening and having a magnetic coupling portion extending in a width direction from opposing side edges in substantially parallel alignment to the leading edge such that magnetic coupling of the magnetic coupling strip with the leading edge detachably affixes the sunshade to cover the opening and an interposed live hinge having a front panel flexibly pivotable about a hinge line thereby providing a taut and continuous planar surface when the magnetic coupling portion is coupled and enabling the front panel to fold back over an abutted surface of the rear panel when the magnetic coupling strip is decoupled.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FASTENING HARD AND SOFT TOP APPLIQUES
An apparatus and method according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, providing a vehicle with a hard top option where a hard top can be attached to the vehicle, a soft top option where a soft top can be attached to the vehicle, and a dual top option where either the hard top or the soft top can be attached to the vehicle. A hard top applique is provided for the hard top and a soft top applique is provide for the soft top, and a common set of fasteners is used to attach the hard top applique and the soft top applique to a pillar as needed to attach the hard top or soft top to the vehicle.
