There are provided a pillar attached to a vehicle-body side separately from a roof, a pillar-side weather strip provided at the pillar, a vehicle-body-side weather strip provided at a vehicle-body side of a lower portion of the pillar, and an engagement portion provided at a lower end portion of the pillar-side weather strip, the engagement portion being configured to engage from an inward side, in a vehicle width direction, of the vehicle-body-side weather strip. The vehicle-body-side weather strip comprises a guide portion which guides the engagement portion of the pillar-side weather strip inward and downward, an engaged portion positioned at a lower portion of the guide portion, and a wall portion which contacts a hanging piece provided at the lower end portion of the pillar-side weather strip from an outward side in the vehicle width direction.
GLASS RUN FOR AUTOMOTIVE DOOR
A glass run 20 includes a glass run body 21 and a lip 22. The glass run body 21 is assembled to a glass run attachment plate 10 of a window frame 3, and the lip 22 made of an elastic material covers a flange 11 of the window frame 3. The lip 22 is formed to bend from the outside toward the inside of the passenger compartment with respect to the flange. The lip 22 includes a recess 22d formed on an interior face of a portion, of the lip, covering a protrusion of the flange 11. The recess 22d acts as a pivot of a change in a shape of the lip 22 when the lip 22 is opened.

A glass run 20 includes a glass run body 21 and a lip 22. The glass run body 21 is assembled to a glass run attachment plate 10 of a window frame 3, and the lip 22 made of an elastic material covers a flange 11 of the window frame 3. A seal includes a base portion, a first retaining member extending from the base portion, and a second retaining member extending from the base portion. Each of the first and second retaining members is structured to be resiliently deflectable with respect to the base portion. A portion of the first retaining member extends opposite the base portion so as to define a first cavity therebetween. A portion of the second retaining member extends opposite the base portion so as to define a second cavity therebetween. The first cavity has an open side opening in a first direction toward the second cavity, and the second cavity has an open side opening in a second direction toward the first cavity.

A seal includes a base portion, a first retaining member extending from the base portion, and a second retaining member extending from the base portion. Each of the first and second retaining members is structured to be resiliently deflectable with respect to the base portion.
