Door water management system for vehicle door
A vehicle door including a door water management system is disclosed. The water management system includes a baffle installed within the door to direct water towards a lateral door of the door, preventing water from leaking inside a motor vehicle. The water management system also includes a grommet that is set within an opening of a stiffening member, which is disposed between an exterior skin member and an interior panel member of the vehicle door. The grommet protects a wire running through the opening of the stiffening member and helps prevent water from leaking through that opening.

Sunroof Unit
Increase of an overall thickness of a sunroof unit is suppressed even when a flange portion depending from a side edge of an opening of a roof has a large height. A rear panel contacts an edge of an opening via a rear seal portion. The rear seal portion includes a first seal member mounted to a rear molded part in a rear portion of the opening and a second seal member extending in a fore and aft direction and supported by a frame via a support bracket to form a passage for a stay between the second seal member and the rear molded part in a side portion of the opening. The frame includes a pair of guide walls disposed more inboard than a side edge of the opening and slidably guiding the slider in the fore and aft direction and a vertical wall formed to stand upright at a position more outboard than the side edge of the opening. The support bracket has a U-shaped cross section opened upward and is disposed to receive a flange portion depending from the side edge of the opening.

WINDOW SEAL WITH LIQUID DIVERTER
Window seals can be configured to divert water away from an area of the vehicle where the presence of water is not desired, such as a door latch. A window seal can include a first body member and a second body member. The first body member can include a main body and a lip extending from the main body. The lip can include an upper end and a lower end. The second body member can be angled relative to the first body member. The second body member can include a liquid diverter that has a collector portion in fluid communication with a gutter portion. The collector portion can include an inlet opening. The inlet opening can be operatively positioned to receive a liquid from the lower end of the lip, and the gutter portion can route the liquid away from undesired areas.
VEHICLE ROOF ASSEMBLIES HAVING FLUID PASSAGES
A vehicle roof assembly including a roof panel, a side panel coupled to the roof panel, thereby defining a roof ditch, a passage extending along the roof ditch, and a sealing member at least partially encasing the passage. The passage allows fluid to flow along the roof ditch.

Liquid diverter assembly and liquid diverting method for a vehicle door
A liquid diverter assembly for a vehicle door includes, among other things, a funnel adjacent a vertically lower end portion of a glass run within a vehicle door, and a conduit that communicates liquid from the funnel around an electrically powered component of the vehicle door. A method of diverting liquid within a vehicle door includes, among other things, collecting liquid from a glass run of a vehicle door within a funnel, communicating liquid from the funnel to a conduit, and communicating liquid through the conduit such that the liquid moves around an electric component of the vehicle door.
