Door sealing device, door sealing system and door leaf for a rail vehicle
The present invention relates to a door sealing device sealing a gap between a door leaf and a frame for a rail vehicle, where the door sealing device includes a flexible tubular hollow chamber formed by two opposite contact walls and two opposite side walls, where, in the mounted state of the door sealing device, a first contact wall of the contact walls faces the door leaf and a second contact wall of the contact walls faces the frame so that the hollow chamber is subject to compression in the event of a closing motion of the door leaf, thereby moving the contact walls towards each other, and where the sidewalls are formed to be buckled along predetermined buckle lines in response to the compression.
WINDOW SEAL ASSEMBLY FOR LIMITING AIR LEAKS FROM A VEHICLE FRAME INTO A PASSENGER CABIN OF A VEHICLE
A vehicle door sealing assembly includes a door trim panel and an inner frame panel defining a door cavity, a window positioned proximate the door trim panel and the inner frame panel, a beltline seal disposed between the door trim and inner frame panels and in selective engagement with the window and a leak seal extending between the door trim panel and the beltline seal to divert a flow of air from the door cavity.
Vehicle rear slider window assembly with upper rail co-extruded filler
A slider window assembly for a vehicle includes at least one fixed window panel and a movable window panel that is movable along an upper rail and a lower rail at the at least one fixed window panel between a closed position and an opened position. The upper rail includes a channel, and a filler is disposed in the channel of the upper rail. The filler includes a filler body having opposite side walls, and the filler includes lips established along respective ones of the side walls. The lips are extruded onto and along the filler body. The lips include a compressible and flexible material and provide a dampening and cushioning function at the movable window panel when the movable window panel is disposed in the channel of the upper rail.

FULLY EMBEDDED PICKUP TRUCK BED COVER
The invention is relevant to the field of machinery, in particular to a bed cover of vehicle. A fully embedded cover of pick-up truck includes a rail device which is fixed to the inner wall of the hopper of the pickup truck, a front bar, four cover plates, a rear bar and four locks. This invention provides the pickup truck a newly designed fully embedded bed cover which is convenient to use. In this design, the structure of the front bar, the cover plate and the rear bar formed a seal bed cover, so as to prevent rainwater permeating into the cargo hopper. Since the bed cover is built in the cargo hopper, the car body is relatively flat, thus improving the user's use experience.

Sealing structure for truck cargo bed with shutter
A shutter couples to an upper part of a cargo bed by left and right tracks mounted on left and right side walls of the cargo bed. A tailgate is mounted on a rear end of the cargo bed. A bed liner seal member is provided on rear ends of the left and right side walls. A touch member provided on a rear part of the shutter makes elastic contact with the bed liner seal member when the shutter is fully extended. A shutter seal member provided on the shutter makes elastic contact with the tailgate. A tailgate seal member provided on the tailgate makes elastic contact with the bed liner seal member. First and second seal beads on an upper surface are provided on an upper wall of a protrusion of the bed liner seal member. The touch member touches the first and second seal beads.

Method of making a weather strip and bright strip assembly for a vehicle door
Methods of making a weather strip and bright strip assembly for a vehicle door include extruding a weather strip that has a longitudinal shape along an X axis, a sealing body made of at least a first material, and a carrier body made of at least a second material that is harder than the first material. The methods further include cutting at least in part a longitudinal end of the carrier body along the X axis, and removing the longitudinal end; molding a curved or angled end onto the weather strip, in replacement of the longitudinal end, wherein the curved or angled end extends between the X axis and a Y axis; and mounting a bright strip onto the carrier body, the bright strip including a first curved or angled portion covering at least in part the curved or angled end and a second longitudinal portion covering at least in part the carrier body.
