Clamp for clamping a windshield to a frame of a vehicle
A clamp for clamping an object having an aperture therethrough to a member is disclosed. The clamp passes through the aperture when clamping the object to the member. The clamp has a head portion defining a channel adapted for receiving an edge of the aperture; a body portion extending from the head portion; and a tail portion extending from the body portion. The tail portion has a member contacting surface shaped for wrapping around at least a portion of a perimeter of the member. A vehicle having a windshield clamped to a frame member using at least one such clamp is also disclosed.
MOUNTING PORTION STRUCTURE OF DOOR MIRROR
A door mirror has a mirror base attached to a door-side panel, and a mirror seal disposed between the mirror base and the door-side panel. A concave section at least a part thereof is formed by an outer edge portion of the mirror seal and that opens toward a side of a door is provided at an inner side of a front edge portion of the mirror base. A door weatherstrip has a wind entering restriction wall that crosses a front side of the door-side panel and protrudes in a vehicle outer side than the door-side panel, and that is inserted into the concave section.
ACTIVE AERO PANEL
An active aero panel assembly including at least one deployable panel, at least one drive mechanism, and at least one actuator. The active aero panel assembly improves aerodynamics.

Vehicle
A vehicle is provided in which separation of positively charged airflow from a positively charged surface of a vehicle body can be prevented. A vehicle body is insulated from a road surface, and positive static charges accumulate on the vehicle body during propulsion. The vehicle comprises a self-discharge device adapted to decrease a positive potential of a window pane at which positively charged airflow flowing along a vehicle surface deviates therefrom during propulsion by discharging the static electricity through the airflow to produce negative ions according to the positive potential of the window pane.

Active vehicle pillar arrangement for selective wind noise, wind throb, snow buildup and moisture control
An apparatus is for use with a pillar adjacent to a vehicle window, such as a windshield. The apparatus includes a molding for positioning adjacent to the pillar, the molding forming a channel in a deployed condition for receiving moisture from the vehicle windshield, or for reducing the effects of wind throb when a single vehicle window is open. An actuator may be associated with the molding for activating a non-deployed condition of the molding for reducing the effects of wind noise.
