<i>Sansevieria </i>plant named ‘Spearmint’
The new variety Spearmint is a type of long leaves Sansevieria plant. It can reach 80 cm in length, with an average of approximately 3-5 leaves per plant. The plant is cylindrically shaped, the arrangement of the leaves is in the form of a rosette. The leaf blade is greyed-green colored, with dark green colored non-uniform horizontal variegated bands in both sides of the leaves, and green margins. Shows colors very different from its parent variety Wintergreen (Patented, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 24,939), and Bantel Sensation (unpatented). Unlike its parent variety it shows variegated leaves (different green tones on the irregular bands) and Spearmint also presents less leaves per rosette.

x <i>Mangave </i>plant named ‘Desert Dawn’
A new and unique x Mangave plant named Desert Dawn characterized by a rounded mound of fleshy, fleshy, linear to lanceolate leaves that develop dense reddish to greyed reddish-purple spotting with intense light and is proximally outwardly with slightly upwardly toward apex. The leaves have numerous small, firm marginal teeth pointing outwardly to slightly recurving toward base. The upper foliage develops a distinct purplish center stripe. The new plant is suitable for the garden or as a potted plant in the garden or home.

A new and unique x Mangave plant named Desert Dawn characterized by a rounded mound of fleshy, fleshy, linear to lanceolate leaves that develop dense reddish to greyed reddish-purple spotting with intense light and is proximally outwardly with slightly upwardly toward apex. A new and unique x Mangave plant named Frosted Elegance characterized by moderate to slow growth rate, compact habit and lanceolate foliage with glaucous blue-green margins and light blue-chartreuse centers with sharp firm mucro and flexible marginal teeth that become firm as they develop more pigment distally to greyed-purple.
