An all-terrain vehicle is provided comprising a chassis, four wheels and a passenger compartment that includes a passenger seating structure. The vehicle additionally comprises a drivetrain operatively connected to at least one of the wheels comprising at least one drive shaft and at least one torque transfer device. Furthermore the vehicle includes a prime mover that is mounted to the chassis entirely forward of a front edge of the seating structure and operatively connected to the drivetrain. The prime mover is structured and operable to provide motive force to at least one of the wheels.

Process and apparatus for recovering catalyst from a product stream
A process for recovering catalyst from a fluidized catalytic reactor effluent is disclosed comprising reacting a reactant stream by contact with a stream of fluidized catalyst to provide a vaporous reactor effluent stream comprising catalyst and products. The vaporous reactor effluent stream is contacted with a liquid coolant stream to cool it and transfer the catalyst into the liquid coolant stream. A catalyst lean vaporous reactor effluent stream is separated from a catalyst rich liquid coolant stream. A return catalyst stream is separated from the catalyst rich liquid coolant stream to provide a catalyst lean liquid coolant stream, and the return catalyst stream is transported back to said reacting step.
Process and apparatus for recovering catalyst from a product stream
A process for recovering catalyst from a fluidized catalytic reactor effluent is disclosed comprising reacting a reactant stream by contact with a stream of fluidized catalyst to provide a vaporous reactor effluent stream comprising catalyst and products. The vaporous reactor effluent stream is contacted with a liquid coolant stream to cool it and transfer the catalyst into the liquid coolant stream. A catalyst lean vaporous reactor effluent stream is separated from a catalyst rich liquid coolant stream. A return catalyst stream is separated from the catalyst rich liquid coolant stream to provide a catalyst lean liquid coolant stream, and the return catalyst stream is transported back to said reacting step.

A drive system for a vehicle having a rear drive assembly powered by a first power source, a front drive assembly in selective electrical communication with a second power source, a selector switch to selectively permit or prevent electrical communication between the front drive assembly and the second power source, and an output capacity sensor to detect an output of the first power source, where the rear drive assembly drives the vehicle when the selector switch is in a first position and both the rear and front drive assemblies drive the vehicle when the selector switch is in a second position and the output capacity sensor detects that the output of the first power source meets a threshold output.

A drive system for a vehicle having a rear drive assembly powered by a first power source, a front drive assembly in selective electrical communication with a second power source, a selector switch to selectively permit or prevent electrical communication between the front drive assembly and the second power source, and an output capacity sensor to detect an output of the first power source, where the rear drive assembly drives the vehicle when the selector switch is in a first position and both the rear and front drive assemblies drive the vehicle when the selector switch is in a second position and the output capacity sensor detects that the output of the first power source meets a threshold output.
Vehicle power distribution control method, apparatus and system
A vehicle power distribution control method, apparatus and system are provided. The method includes: acquiring an image of a road surface on which a vehicle drives currently, and recognizing, according to the image of the road surface, the type of the road surface on which the vehicle drives currently; starting a corresponding terrain mode in an all-terrain adaptive mode according to the current type of the road surface; determining a power distribution strategy corresponding to the current terrain mode according to a correspondence between terrain modes and preset power distribution strategies; and switching a center differential of the vehicle to a corresponding locking mode according to the current power distribution strategy, and distributing, in the locking mode, torques to front and rear axles of the vehicle according to a torque distribution curve corresponding to the current power distribution strategy. The front and rear axles of a four-wheel drive vehicle can be conveniently provided with adequate torques on different road surfaces.
Control Device for Vehicular Transfer
A transfer (13) that changes a distribution ratio of torque to be transmitted to a wheel using an electric motor (43), is controlled by a TF-ECU (18). The TF-ECU (18) includes a driver circuit (200) that drives the electric motor (43), a current sensor (53) that detects an actual current of the electric motor (43), and a microcomputer (100) that calculates a target current (I*) corresponding to a desired distribution ratio of torque and performs current feedback control for calculating an operation amount (D) of the electric motor (43) so as to adjust an actual current (Ia) to the target current (I*), and then outputs to the driver circuit (200) a drive signal corresponding to the operation amount (D).
Control Device for Vehicular Transfer
A transfer (13) that changes a distribution ratio of torque to be transmitted to a wheel using an electric motor (43), is controlled by a TF-ECU (18). The TF-ECU (18) includes a driver circuit (200) that drives the electric motor (43), a current sensor (53) that detects an actual current of the electric motor (43), and a microcomputer (100) that calculates a target current (I*) corresponding to a desired distribution ratio of torque and performs current feedback control for calculating an operation amount (D) of the electric motor (43) so as to adjust an actual current (Ia) to the target current (I*), and then outputs to the driver circuit (200) a drive signal corresponding to the operation amount (D).

A control system in a four-wheel-drive motor vehicle for the distribution of drive forces at least from a drive of the motor vehicle to wheels of the first and second axles of the motor vehicle, at least including: a distribution device for distributing the drive forces to the first and second axles; rotation rate sensors for detecting the rotation rate of the two axles and/or the wheels of the motor vehicle, a central control device that is connected to a distribution controller and the sensors and a vehicle communication system, wherein the distribution controller is attached to the distribution unit and performs control both to a setpoint torque and to a setpoint rotation rate, and thus—in a drive-dependent and switchable manner—determines a distribution ratio of the drive forces to be distributed to the first and second axles on the basis of the ratio between the torque and the setpoint torque or between the setpoint rotation rate and the setpoint rotation rate.
