HYBRID POWER DRIVE SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A hybrid power drive system is provided, including a power battery device, a range extender system, and a motor drive system. The power battery device is configured to supply power to the motor drive system. The range extender system includes an engine and a generator. The generator is able to generate power under the driving of the engine to supply the power to the motor drive system and/or charge the power battery device. The hybrid power drive system further includes a vehicle control unit configured to control the engine and/or generator of the range extender system to generate a driving force. The range extender system is mechanically connected to a main coupling mechanism to transmit the generated driving force to a main drive axle of a vehicle by means of the main coupling mechanism to drive wheels on both sides of the axle to rotate. Also provided is a vehicle having the hybrid power drive system. According to the hybrid power drive system and the vehicle having same, the vehicle control unit is utilized to control the engine and/or generator of the range extender system to generate the driving force for different application operating conditions, and thus the economy of the vehicle can be effectively improved.
WORK MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A controller controls a first drive source and a second drive source based on a rotation speed of a right rear wheel measured by a rotation speed sensor and a rotation speed of a left rear wheel measured by a rotation speed sensor, to thereby independently control a rotation speed of each of a right front wheel and a left front wheel.
VEHICLE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE DRIVE MODULES
Vehicles may be composed of a relatively few number of modules that are assembled together during a final assembly process. An example vehicle may include a body module, a first drive module coupled to a first end of the body module, and a second drive module coupled to a second end of the body module. One or both of the drive modules may include a pair of wheels, a battery, an electric drive motor, and/or a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. One or both of the drive modules may also include a crash structure to absorb impacts. If a component of a drive module fails or is damaged, the drive module can be quickly and easily replaced with a new drive module, minimizing vehicle down time.
TRAILER
An electric self-traveling trailer capable of performing automatic following traveling to a towing vehicle without mechanical connection, includes a detection unit configured to detect a peripheral situation, a recognition unit configured to recognize a parking space based on a detection result of the detection unit, a moving control unit configured to move the trailer to the parking space, and an instruction unit configured to transmit, to the towing vehicle, a following instruction for making the towing vehicle follow the trailer moving to the parking space.

In a method for drive optimization in a motor vehicle including at least two drivable wheels at a vehicle axle having individually settable drive torque, to increase the propelling force, the drive torque at at least one wheel is increased in such a way that an increased longitudinal slip of at least 20% results at the wheel.

Electric motor regenerated energy management method
A system and method of managing power for an electric motor drive system is provided, where at least two electric motor drives are connected to a common power bus, each of the electric motor drives connected to at least one electric motor. A voltage of the common power bus is monitored, and upon the voltage of the common power bus exceeding a prescribed threshold voltage it is determined which of the at least two electric motor drives is operating in a mode other than a regeneration mode. The electric motor drive operating in a mode other than a regeneration mode is commanded to drive the connected motor into a load to dissipate the regenerated energy.
FRONT WHEEL TRANSMISSION TURNING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE
A front wheel transmission turning device for a vehicle is adapted to be coupled to a transmission shaft and installed at a vehicle wheel, and includes a plurality of balls, an outer annular seat having a plurality of angularly spaced-apart outer grooves, and an inner annular seat having a plurality of angularly spaced-apart inner grooves. A quantity of the balls is not smaller than three, and a quantity of the outer grooves is a multiple of and larger than the quantity of the balls. The balls are equiangularly arranged and each of the balls is removably received between a corresponding one of the outer grooves and a corresponding one of the inner grooves.

A method and a system for controlling driving of a vehicle according to a driving intent of a driver in a sports mode, may include determining a situation in which whether sporty driving is required for the vehicle due to an output value reflecting a driving state of the vehicle which is driving in a sports mode, and, when the situation is determined as requiring the sporty driving, controlling, by the controller, the clutch mechanism to release a coupling between the front wheel and the front wheel drive motor for the vehicle to drive in a rear wheel drive manner, and the system to which the method is applied.
