WORK VEHICLE HAVING OIL EQUIPMENT
A work vehicle includes a vehicle body frame supported on a ground surface by wheels, a reinforcing plate provided in the vehicle body frame, an oil equipment using oil, and a drain pan configured to receive and discharge the oil discharged from the oil equipment. The reinforcing plate defines a drain hole extending vertically therethrough. A tilted face is provided in a face of the reinforcing plate. The tilted face extends with a downward inclination from a dropping point on the reinforcing plate for the oil discharged from the drain pan to the drain hole.
Driving device in a self-propelled construction machine and method for setting a speed ratio in such a driving device
The present invention relates to a device in a self-propelled construction machine with a first driving unit, which provides for a first speed of rotation (n.sub.1). By means of a planetary gear the first speed of rotation (n.sub.1) is translated into a different speed of rotation (n.sub.3) at which a working device of the construction machine, in particular a milling rotor for processing ground surfaces, can be operated.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDLE MITIGATION ON A UTILITY TRUCK WITH AN ELECTRICALLY ISOLATED HYDRAULICALLY CONTROLLED AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
An idle mitigation system for a bucket truck which includes an alternate source of power for the vehicle air conditioner which is coupled to the hydraulic system of the bucket truck which is hydraulic system is alternately powered by an electric motor which when run in reverse can charge batteries.
Working Machine With Power-Branching Drive
A working machine including a working assembly that can be driven by an engine, with the engine being connectable to the working assembly via a power branching transmission including a first mechanical power branch and a second electric or hydraulic power branch, the first and second power branches being combined by a summation transmission that can be coupled to the working assembly on the output side and provides a variable transmission ratio between the first mechanical power branch and the working assembly that can be adjusted by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch. A blocking device is provided for blocking the variability of the transmission ratio that can be adjusted between the first mechanical power branch and the output side of the summation transmission by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch.
A WORKING MACHINE ARRANGED WITH MEANS TO DRIVE AND CONTROL A HYDRAULIC PUMP
A working machine that includes an internal combustion engine, a generator, an energy storage and an electric motor for driving one or more wheels of the working machine is provided. The internal combustion engine is arranged to drive the generator and the generator is arranged to supply power to the electric motor via the energy storage. The working machine further includes an accelerator for controlling the electric motor, and a hydraulic pump for driving a hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic pump has a drive source different from the electric motor and the accelerator is arranged for controlling the speed of the hydraulic pump.
Electric Drive of Mobile Apparatus
A mobile apparatus includes a main frame, an operating arm connected to the main frame, drive means configured to drive displacing means of the mobile apparatus, such as one or more wheels or tracks, drive means configured to drive the operating arm and a control system, connected to operating instruments for a driver, for controlling the drive means. The drive means for the displacing means includes an electric motor such that the drive of the displacing means is substantially electrical.
Integral power distribution assembly for engine
A power distribution assembly integrated into the lower engine housing of an internal combustion engine, the assembly having a drive train with a T-box output configuration and power take off driven by the crankshaft of the engine. The drive train may power the input shafts of a pair of independent, variable drive transmissions. In one embodiment, a single actuator engages a manual clutch/brake mechanism that controls the output shaft of the power take off. In other embodiments, an electric clutch affords control of the power take off mechanism. In further embodiments, a hydraulic clutch/brake assembly allows control of the power take off, and an additional hydraulic clutch assembly may be used to control the outputs of the T-box.
Hybrid Construction Machine
An output command calculating section (40) of an HCU (36) restricts a battery discharge power from an electricity storage device (31) based upon a battery electricity storage rate (SOC) and a current square integrating rate (Risc) of the electricity storage device (31). Thereby, the HCU (36) transfers from a normal mode (NMODE) to a low speed mode (LSMODE) to lower a movement speed of a hydraulic actuator. A monitor display amount calculating section (50) of the HCU (36) calculates a maximum speed reduction rate (DRs) based upon a battery discharge power limit value (Plim0) and an engine output upper limit value (Pemax) from the output command calculating section (40). A monitor device (39) displays a reduction rate of the movement speed of the hydraulic actuator in the low speed mode (LSMODE) based on the maximum speed reduction rate (DRs).
System and method for controlling a hydraulic supply system on a mobile machine
A control system for hydraulic supply system which includes electronic load sensing is configured to adjust the pump supply pressure PSP in dependence on a determined rate of increase of a load sensing pressure LSP. Below a threshold value T of the rate of increase of the load sensing pressure LSP, the pump supply pressure PSP is adjusted so that it is higher than the load sensing pressure LSP by a stand-by pressure differential P.sub.st. At or above the threshold value T, the pressure differential is increased to include a dynamic pressure differential P.sub.dyn in addition to the stand-by pressure differential P.sub.st. A method of controlling a hydraulic system is also disclosed.
Battery-operated work machine
A battery-operated work machine is provided which can perform a work while avoiding such a situation that the work machine cannot reach charging equipment. When the remaining capacity of a battery becomes lower than a first threshold value set in advance, a controller controls an inverter such that the revolution speed of an electric motor is kept at a target revolution speed and controls a first notification device to operate, and besides switches a traveling motor to a travel first speed side, in which the displacement volume is a large volume, irrespective of an input from a traveling mode instruction device, when the remaining capacity of the battery becomes lower than a first threshold value set in advance.
