Working machine with power-branching drive
A working machine including a working assembly that can be driven by an engine, with the engine being connectable to the working assembly via a power branching transmission including a first mechanical power branch and a second electric or hydraulic power branch, the first and second power branches being combined by a summation transmission that can be coupled to the working assembly on the output side and provides a variable transmission ratio between the first mechanical power branch and the working assembly that can be adjusted by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch. A blocking device is provided for blocking the variability of the transmission ratio that can be adjusted between the first mechanical power branch and the output side of the summation transmission by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch.
SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING THE DRIVING OF A TRAILER FROM AN OPEN TIPPING HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
The present invention concerns a hydraulic system comprising a hydraulic pump (130) installed on a truck tractor (10), a hydraulic pipe (160) connected to the outlet of the pump (130) and a connector (170) positioned at the outlet of the pipe (160) and designed to be connected to a complementary socket (180) provided on a trailer (20) in order to supply a ram (110) positioned on the trailer, for example for tipping purposes, characterised by the fact that it comprises a circuit selector (210) designed to connect said socket (180) selectively either to a ram (110) or a conduit (220) supplying a drive assistance circuit and an assistance circuit return conduit (250) designed to be connected to a tank (120) positioned on the truck tractor.
ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC TRANSFORMER COUPLED TO TRANSMISSION POWER TAKE-OFF
An energy conserving hydraulic system for a mobile work machine includes a prime mover, a drivetrain, a baseline hydraulic system, a power-take-off, a transformer, a work implement, and an accumulator. The drivetrain may include an automated manual transmission (AMT) that is rotationally coupled to the prime mover and the power-take-off. The baseline hydraulic system is powered by the prime mover and includes a first hydraulic circuit. The transformer is hydraulically coupled to second and third hydraulic circuits. The work implement is actuated by an actuator that is adapted to be simultaneously hydraulically coupled to the first and the second hydraulic circuits. The power-take-off is adapted to exchange shaft power with the transmission. A clutch selectively rotationally couples the transmission and the power-take-off. The accumulator is hydraulically coupled to the second hydraulic circuit. The second hydraulic circuit is hydraulically coupled to a first rotating group of the hydraulic transformer, and a third hydraulic circuit is hydraulically coupled to a second rotating group of the hydraulic transformer.
Twin engine power uniter
A vehicle includes a chassis, a driveline and an accessory coupled to the chassis and configured to receive rotational mechanical energy, a first driver and a second driver coupled to the chassis and configured to provide rotational mechanical energy, and a power transmission device. The power transmission device includes a housing coupled to the chassis, a first input shaft configured to receive the rotational mechanical energy from the first driver, a second input shaft configured to receive the rotational mechanical energy from the second driver, a primary output interface coupled to the driveline, a power takeoff shaft radially aligned with the first input shaft and coupled to the accessory, a first clutch configured to selectively rotationally couple the first input shaft to the primary output interface, and a second clutch configured to selectively rotationally couple the first input shaft to the power takeoff shaft.
VEHICLE
A vehicle is disclosed. The vehicle may include a hydraulic system. The vehicle may include a sway bar. The sway bar may be positioned rearward of a hydraulic pump of the hydraulic system. A console having a first hydraulic input may be provided in an operator area of the vehicle.
Hydraulic Transaxle
A hydraulic transaxle includes a transaxle casing including an upper transaxle housing and a lower casing, hydrostatic transmission (HST), and an axle. The HST has a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor that are fluidly connected to each other. The hydraulic motor has a motor shaft that is drivingly connected to the axle through a reduction gear train that is disposed between the hydraulic pump and the axle. Reduction gear train has a gear shaft supported by the upper transaxle housing via a ball bearing. At least a part of the upper transaxle housing is formed by a gear top cover made of metal and covering the reduction gear train. Ball bearing is supported by the upper transaxle housing and the gear top cover.
AUXILIARY POWER TAKE-OFF ASSEMBLY
An auxiliary power take-off assembly (32) for a transmission (6) of a motor vehicle (2) having a torque converter (8). A driveshaft (30) is permanently connected to a drive motor (4), via the pump shaft (24) of the torque converter (8). In addition, the auxiliary power take-off assembly (32) has a transmission drive chain which includes at least a drive input element (34) and a drive output element (42) connected to an additional assembly (66) to be driven, and a shifting element (64, 68). The shifting element (64, 68) is functionally arranged between the driveshaft (30) and the drive input element (34) of the transmission chain for the optionally connecting the driveshaft (30) to the drive input element (34).
