A working vehicle includes: an engine mounted on a traveling machine body; a hydraulic continuously variable transmission configured to shift driving force from the engine; a transmission case incorporating the hydraulic continuously variable transmission; and rear traveling units disposed on both left and right sides of the transmission case via rear axle cases. The transmission case is divided into three sections of a front case, an intermediate case, and a rear case. The left and right rear axle cases are attached to both left and right sides of the rear case. The intermediate case, coupling the front case to the rear case, is coupled to left and right vehicle body frames forming the traveling machine body.

Working Machine

Provided is a working machine capable of regenerating and utilizing surplus energy. The working machine related to the present invention is provided with a branching flow path (150) through which hydraulic oil flows between a hydraulic actuator (24) and a hydraulic pump-motor (14), an accumulator (30) arranged in the branching flow path, a first opening/closing valve (31) arranged between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump-motor, and a second opening/closing valve (32) arranged between the accumulator and the hydraulic actuator. A control device (41) selectively introduces the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic actuator and the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump-motor to the accumulator and accumulates the same by controlling opening/closing of the first opening/closing valve and the second opening/closing valve.

ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES WITH HYDRAULIC TRANSFORMER COUPLED TO TRANSMISSION POWER TAKE-OFF

An energy conserving hydraulic system for a mobile work machine includes a prime mover, a drivetrain, a baseline hydraulic system, a power-take-off, a transformer, a work implement, and an accumulator. The drivetrain may include an automated manual transmission (AMT) that is rotationally coupled to the prime mover and the power-take-off. The baseline hydraulic system is powered by the prime mover and includes a first hydraulic circuit. The transformer is hydraulically coupled to second and third hydraulic circuits. The work implement is actuated by an actuator that is adapted to be simultaneously hydraulically coupled to the first and the second hydraulic circuits. The power-take-off is adapted to exchange shaft power with the transmission. A clutch selectively rotationally couples the transmission and the power-take-off. The accumulator is hydraulically coupled to the second hydraulic circuit. The second hydraulic circuit is hydraulically coupled to a first rotating group of the hydraulic transformer, and a third hydraulic circuit is hydraulically coupled to a second rotating group of the hydraulic transformer.

Power take-off oil system providing sump drain and pressurized oil to disconnect clutch

A power take-off (PTO) system for a motor vehicle includes a PTO housing. The PTO housing is mounted to a transmission case. A disconnect clutch assembly is positioned within the PTO housing acting when supplied with a first volume of a pressurized oil from the transmission case to engage an output shaft member. A controlled lube oil circuit is isolated from the first volume of the pressurized oil. The controlled lube oil circuit supplies a second volume of the pressurized oil directly to the disconnect clutch assembly to lubricate the disconnect clutch assembly. A lube oil drain return is connected to the PTO housing. The lube oil drain return receives oil that collects inside the PTO housing to be returned to the transmission case.

Working machine

A working machine comprising: a ground engaging structure with a first and second axle, each mounting two wheels; a body supported on the ground engaging structure, a working arm mounted to the body; and a drive arrangement for moving the ground engaging structure to propel the working machine, the drive arrangement including a prime mover and transmission. The transmission comprises a hydraulic pump driven by the prime mover, a first high speed hydraulic motor to drive the first axle to permit the working machine to be driven at relatively high speeds in a first two-wheel drive operating mode, and a second low speed motor to be supplied with hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump to drive the second axle at relatively low speeds and configured to be driven in conjunction with the first motor in a second four-wheel drive operating mode.
