PRESSURE COMPENSATOR FOR METER HOUSING

A seal for a meter housing with an interior portion is disclosed. The seal includes an axially inner surface configured to face the interior portion of the meter housing and an axially outer surface configured to face away from the interior portion of the meter housing. At least one of the axially inner surface and the axially outer surface is configured to seal against a portion of the housing. The seal further includes a diaphragm defined axially intermediate the axially inner surface and the axially outer surface and a fluid passageway defined through a portion of the diaphragm. The fluid passageway is configured to move between an open position and a closed position in response to a pressure differential between the interior portion of the housing and an exterior portion.

A display apparatus for a vehicle and including a display; a heating element configured to provide heat to the display; an interface configured to receive at least one of interior temperature information and exterior temperature information about the vehicle; and a processor configured to control the heating element to produce heat based on the received at least one of the interior temperature information and the exterior temperature information about the vehicle.

Pressure Compensator for Meter Housing

Disclosed is a pressure compensator for a housing compartment that includes a housing wall that has an opening between an interior zone that is inside of the compartment and an exterior zone that is outside of the compartment. The housing wall also includes an annulus that defines one portion of the opening. A seal engages the annulus and is seated in the opening to seal the opening, the seal including a flexible diaphragm having a normally closed slit therethrough. The seal is configured so that the diaphragm is normally compressed in a first direction that urges the slit closed when the seal is engaged with the annulus. The diaphragm is arranged so that a pressure difference between the interior zone and exterior zone urges the diaphragm to flex in a direction for opening a slit thus creates a pathway between the interior zone and the exterior zone, thereby reducing the pressure difference.

WINDOW MIRROR ASSEMBLY, LIDAR, AUTOMATIC DRIVING DEVICE AND ASSEMBLY PROCESS

A window mirror assembly, a LiDAR, an automatic driving device, and an assembly process are provided. The window mirror assembly includes a lens barrel, two window mirrors, and a hygroscopic structure. The lens barrel has an optical channel. The two window mirrors are respectively located at two ends of the optical channel and are both sealed and connected to the lens barrel. The hygroscopic structure includes a hygroscopic member and a extinction member. The hygroscopic member is arranged in the optical channel and is connected to the channel wall of the optical channel. The extinction member is arranged on the side of the hygroscopic member facing the optical channel.

Head-up display system and image display method based on head-up display system

A display system is provided. The display system includes a windshield, a picture generation unit (PGU), and an optical element, where the windshield includes a first windshield surface and a second windshield surface. The PGU projects a light beam corresponding to a picture generated by the PGU to the optical element. The optical element directs the light beam to the first windshield surface. The first windshield surface refracts the light beam to the second windshield surface, and reflects the light beam to a human eye for receiving. The first windshield surface refracts a light beam reflected from the second windshield surface to the human eye for receiving. After reflection by the first windshield surface, the light beam forms a first virtual image with the picture. After reflection by the second windshield surface and refraction by the first windshield surface, the light beam forms a second virtual image with the picture.
