Provided is a control device including: an input detection section configured to detect input provided by a user to an input section installed on a controller that is operated by the user; and an erroneous input determination section configured to determine whether or not the input is erroneous input, on the basis of the input.
Vehicle display system
A vehicle display system includes: an operation switch configured to be provided in a vehicle and to distinguish and detect a touch and an operation of an operator; a display device configured to be provided at a position at which the operator can visually recognize the display device; and a control device configured to display, on the display device, information regarding a function to be executed when an operation with respect to the operation switch is detected when the touch of the operation switch is detected.
ULTRASONIC TOUCH AND FORCE INPUT DETECTION
Touch events can be detected using an ultrasound input device coupled to a surface, such as a surface of a piece of furniture or electronic device. The ultrasound input device can generate ultrasonic waves in the surface, the reflections of which can be measured by the ultrasound input device. When a touch is made to the surface (e.g., opposite the ultrasound input device), the physical contact can absorb some of the energy of the outgoing ultrasonic waves (e.g., the originally transmitted wave and any subsequent outgoing reflections). Energy measurements associated with the measured reflections can thus be used to identify touch events. Various techniques can be used to make the energy measurements and reduce identification of false touch events.
ULTRASONIC TOUCH SENSOR AND SYSTEM
A touch sensor chip can comprise an ultrasound sensor layer comprising an array of ultrasonic transducers. The array of ultrasonic transducers can comprise one or more ultrasonic transducers. The touch sensor chip can also comprise an integrated circuit layer coupled to the ultrasound sensor layer. The integrated circuit layer can comprise circuitry configured for driving the array of ultrasonic transducers to generate ultrasound signals and receiving reflected ultrasound signals using the array of ultrasonic transducers. The integrated circuit layer can also comprise circuitry configured for generating an energy signal associated with received reflected ultrasound signals.
Capacitive sensor and switch assembly with decorative conductive component
A capacitive sensor and switch assembly is provided. The assembly includes a first electrode forming a decorative conductive component on a vehicle, and a second electrode dielectrically isolated from the first electrode and electrically coupled therewith to generate an activation field. The assembly also includes a dielectric layer disposed between the first and second electrodes, and a controller for processing a signal generated from the activation field and sensing an object, wherein the controller determines activation of a switch based on the signal generated from the activation field.
OPERATING INPUT DEVICE AND STEERING INPUT DEVICE
An operating input device for a vehicle and to a steering input device is disclosed. The operating input device has an upper part having an operating input surface with an input area associated with an operating function, and a lower part serving as a support structure for the upper part. The upper part is relatively movable to the lower part by an operating input force applied on the operating input surface in an operating input direction extending substantially perpendicular to the operating input surface. For generating a haptic feedback, the upper part and the lower part are coupled movably relative to each other such that by a feedback actuation mechanism, which is couplable to the operating input device, the upper part is movable relatively to the lower part at least in a first haptic feedback generating direction extending at least substantially parallel to the operating input surface.
Operating device and method for operating an operating device
An apparatus for carrying out inputs in an input capturing unit that can be coupled to the apparatus. An operating device has a receiving part and an operating element that is rotatably mounted on the receiving part. The operating element can be rotated by a finger to effect an input. A torque for the rotation of the control element can be adjusted by way of a controllable braking device. In addition, the control element has at least two actuating zones. The resistance to movement for the movability of the operating element can be adjusted depending on from which actuation zone the operating element is actuated and/or which actuation zone was previously activated.
INPUT DISPLAY DEVICE
An input display device includes a display configured to display an image, a capacitive touch panel configured to be attached onto the display and include at least one three-dimensional UI portion on a surface of the touch panel, and a detection unit configured to measure a capacitance of the touch panel and detect an operation on the touch panel based on the measured capacitance. The detection unit detects a rotation of the three-dimensional UI portion from a change in coordinates of a finger touching the three-dimensional UI portion, determines that a rotation detected when a finger distance decreases is valid, and determines that the rotation detected when the finger distance does not decrease is invalid.
OPERATING MEMBER WITH A HAPTIC FEEDBACK THAT IS LIMITED IN AN IMPROVED MANNER TO THE ACTUATION SURFACE
The present disclosure relates to an operating member including a carrier; an actuation part; and an actuation portion surrounded by a flexible insulation portion, wherein the actuation portion can vibrate relative to the carrier; detection means detecting a touch on the actuation surface and/or an actuation of the actuation part; an actuator fixed on the actuation portion of the actuation part, wherein an electrical excitation signal is applied by the detection means during a positive detection of an actuation or touch; wherein a dynamic rigidity of the actuation part determined along a measurement section with a maximum length of 1 cm, located on the visible surface, varies such that a first transfer function determined at a beginning of the measurement section, for a continuous frequency range between 30 and 1,000 Hz, differs from a second transfer function determined at an end of the measurement section for the same frequency range.
