Cold formed 3D product and processes using vacuum chuck
The disclosure relates to vacuum forming methods, apparatuses and resulting displays that represent improvements in various key areas. The methods, for example, greatly improve manufacturing throughput through reduced curing times. The methods further facilitate improved control of glass shape to a targeted shape and improved control of bond line thickness, which result in improved survivability and long-term reliability, for example.
SMART SURFACE, CENTER CONSOLE FOR VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE
Provided are a smart surface, a center console of a vehicle, and a vehicle. The smart surface includes a display device (10), a decorative cover plate (20) including a decorative pattern layer (21), a substrate layer (22), an optical adhesive layer (23), and a glass layer (24) stacked sequentially from top to bottom, an upper surface of the glass layer (24) being fitted to the optical adhesive layer (23), and a lower surface of the glass layer (24) being covered on the display device (10), and an AG fluorescent film (30) fitted to the decorative pattern layer (21), and the AG fluorescent film (30) is used for filtering ambient light or light emitted from the decorative pattern layer (21). The smart surface provided by the present application can reduce the obstruction of the image caused by the decorative pattern by providing the AG fluorescent film.
CONTENT DISPLAY DEVICE FOR ROAD VEHICLE AND RELATIVE ROAD VEHICLE
A content display device for a road vehicle comprising: a support element configured to be mounted centrally at a vehicle dashboard or a central tunnel of the road vehicle; at least one screen, mechanically connected to the support element and configured to be visible to a passenger and/or to a driver while driving; a movement system coupled to the support element and hingeable to the vehicle dashboard or to the central tunnel to alternatively rotate the screen towards the driver and/or towards the passenger.
CONTENT DISPLAY DEVICE FOR ROAD VEHICLE AND RELATIVE ROAD VEHICLE
A content display device for a road vehicle comprising a support element configured to be mounted centrally at a dashboard or a central tunnel of the road vehicle; at least one screen, mechanically connected to the support element and configured to be visible to a passenger and/or to a driver while driving; a first portion configured to be mounted in an integral non-removable manner on the road vehicle and a second portion removable from the road vehicle, comprising the at least one screen; the device further comprising, between the first portion and the second portion, an attachment/detachment system configured to allow connection, in a removable manner by the driver or the passenger, of the second portion to the first portion.
Panel for a vehicle interior
A panel for a vehicle interior including a cover layer and a mask layer, wherein the cover layer has a frontside and a backside, and the mask layer is disposed at the backside of the cover layer. The cover layer includes a semi-transparent layer. The cover layer has a light transmittance of at most 90 percent in a direction perpendicular to the frontside, wherein the mask layer comprises a transparent display region and an opaque region, wherein the opaque region is located adjacent to the display region.
Adaptive cruise control system having center-console access
An adaptive cruise control system for a vehicle may include an access device configured to receive manual input and responsively generate control signals for use in controlling acceleration, braking and steering of a vehicle. The adaptive cruise control system may also include at least one additional device located remote from the access device and configured to receive manual input and responsively generate control signals for use in controlling acceleration, braking and steering of the vehicle. The adaptive cruise control system may further include a controller in communication with the access device and the at least one additional device. The controller may be configured to control acceleration, braking and steering of the vehicle based on the manual input received via the access device and the at least one additional device.
Device for arranging in a motor vehicle, motor vehicle having a device, and method for operating a device
A motor vehicle includes a display device designed for depicting objects, a computing device for controlling the display device, and a stowage unit in which a first end region of the display device is inserted. In a stowage position of the display device, the entire display device is inserted in the stowage unit, and, starting from the stowage position, a useful region of the display device is extendable out of the stowage unit by a predeterminable use distance. The display device is lockable at different length values of the use distance, and therefore a plurality of different use positions results, and the computing device is designed to adjust the depiction of the objects depending on the current length value of the use distance.
AUTOMOTIVE DISPLAY DEVICE
An automotive display device on which an image may be displayed, the automotive display device being for a vehicle interior, the automotive display device including an automotive frame, at least part of the automotive frame being bendable; and a bending controller to control bending of the automotive frame.
Component for vehicle interior
A component for a vehicle interior configured to be illuminated by a light source may comprise a substrate; a light guide; and a cover comprising an exterior surface. The light guide may transmit light between the substrate and the cover. The cover may be at least partially light-transmissive. The cover may present an effect on the exterior surface. The effect may comprise an illumination/dynamic lighting effect when illuminated. The cover may comprise a profile configured to present a visual effect and/or a surface effect. The component may comprise a concealed heating element between a cover base and a cover layer of the cover. The heating element may comprise a three-dimensional form behind the cover. The cover layer may be formed into a three-dimensional form and the cover base may be formed into a three-dimensional form for the surface effect. The light guide may comprise micro-optical structures.
Interior lighting device for a motor vehicle
The invention relates to a device for controlling interior lighting of a motor vehicle interior including at least one light source, a projection support and a control module. The control module is capable of configuring the projection support so that it can receive at least one image emitted by the light source.
