The information providing apparatus repeatedly acquires status information including surroundings status indicating status of surroundings of the vehicle, and executes control to the first light emitter and second light emitter based on the status information. The control makes the first light emitter and second light emitter provide light emission in a light emission mode associated with acquired surroundings status indicated by the status information.

It is intended to cause a light emitter to properly emit light for notifying an occupant of a movement direction of an object approaching a conveyance. A vehicle lighting device includes sensors (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) configured to detect an approaching object approaching a vehicle, light emitters (5) attached to the vehicle, and a control device (2) configured to control the light emitter (5) when the sensor (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) has detected the approaching object. The control device (2) controls the light emitter (5) such that a light emitting spot of the light emitter (5) moves along a direction corresponding to a movement direction of the approaching object.
OPERATION DEVICE AND VEHICLE DOOR
The present invention relates to an operation device which can be easily installed on a vehicle door, and a vehicle door comprising the operation device. An operation device of the present invention comprises: a gripper provided on an inner surface of a door of a vehicle; an operation interface provided on an inner side surface of the gripper for receiving an operation input entered by an occupant to operate at least one in-vehicle device; a first sensor provided on an outer side surface of the gripper for detecting a finger of the occupant; a second sensor provided on at least one of the inner side surface and an upper surface of the gripper for detecting a finger of the occupant; and a controller connected to the operation interface, the first sensor, the second sensor, and the at least one in-vehicle device. The controller controls the at least one in-vehicle device based on a signal from the operation interface when both the first sensor and the second sensor detect the occupant, and prohibits the at least one in-vehicle device from being controlled based on a signal from the operation interface when at least one of the first sensor and the second sensor does not detect the occupant.

An apparatus and method for providing real-time vehicle data capture and vehicle identification. The apparatus includes an identification and data capture system, a network, a vehicle management server, at least one guardian angel device and at least one data storage device. The identification and data capture system includes, a display device, a media recording unit, at least one trigger unit, at least one computer-readable storage media and at least one processor. The display device is configured on an external surface of a vehicle door. The media recording unit is configured to capture data in real-time. The at least one trigger unit is configured to initiate a real-time data capturing by the media recording unit. The at least one computer-readable storage media stores a guardian angel application which is executed by the at least one processor.
OPERATION DEVICE
An operation device according to the present invention includes a touch-sensitive operation surface installed in a vehicle and an operation guide formed corresponding to equipment mounted in the vehicle on the touch-sensitive operation surface. The operation device is configured to, when accepting a two-point touch operation for the touch-sensitive operation surface, accept another touch operation that is entered subsequently as an operation command for the equipment.

A vehicle logo-based controller is provided. The logo can include buttons. A system can include one or more processors communicatively coupled with memory and the logo. The system can detect one or more inputs from the buttons. The system can compare the one or more detected inputs with one or more stored inputs to determine a match. The system can determine, responsive to the comparison, a function of a vehicle, such as unlocking a compartment.
