PYROTECHNIC GAS-GENERATING COMPOSITION
A gas-generating pyrotechnic composition has a high gas yield while having reduced generation of condensable species and a limited combustion temperature.
GAS-PRODUCING MATERIAL
The present invention relates to gas-producing materials, methods of forming gas-producing materials, and uses of gas-producing materials. The gas-producing materials comprise a comminuted foamed polymer, a nitrogen-containing fuel and an oxidiser. The gas-producing materials may be used to suppress a fire.

FIRE RETARDANT AND FIRE BLOCKING COMPOSITION FOR USE IN FOREST FIRES, AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
The invention refers to a flame-retarding and flame-blocking agent in the form of a liquid suspension that efficiently slows down the progress of fire and at the same time, blocks forest fires, acting as a chemical firebreak and as a fire extinguisher, as well as to a method of making the suspension. The application process comprises spraying the diluted aqueous suspension/solution of the invention on a strip of land, forest, or silviculture, without harming the environment, animals, agricultural products, and humans. The product acts for a long time after application, is stable for storage, effective regardless of the water used for dilution, easily dispersible in water, biodegradable without containing toxic products or releasing highly toxic gases, and free of heavy metals. The product has a synergistic action between its components, and it is intended to save lives, natural resources and heritage.
FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SHEET
The present invention discloses a fire extinguishing sheet which is used in places, facilities, devices, tools, structures and the like where a fire may break out, and which makes initial fire extinguishing possible. This fire extinguishing sheet contains at least a potassium compound as a fire extinguishing chemical that is thermally decomposed upon reaching a predetermined temperature and generates a fire extinguishing component; and this fire extinguishing sheet is arranged in places, facilities, devices, tools, structures and the like where a fire may break out. If a fire breaks out, aerosols containing potassium radicals (a potassium compound) are generated from the fire extinguishing sheet, and the chain of combustion is interrupted by a negative catalytic effect, thereby quickly extinguishing or suppressing the fire.

Fire extinguishing composition containing transition metal compound
The disclosure relates to a fire extinguishing composition containing a transition metal compound, comprising a salt of an organic acid of the fourth period elements in a subgroup and the group VIII; and using a pyrotechnic agent as a heat source and a power source, reacting through heat emitted by igniting the pyrotechnic agent to burn and outputting a fire extinguishing material. In the disclosure, a transition metal compound is selected as a primary ingredient, then an amine and/or organic amine salt is added to assist in fire extinguishing, a fire extinguishing aerosol is formed by using the fire extinguishing material generated by heating and decomposing the transition metal compound, and meanwhile the amine and/or organic amine salt is heated and decomposed to generate a great quantity of gas, thereby increasing the concentration and the air pressure strength of the fire extinguishing aerosol, improving the injection strength of the fire extinguishing material, and greatly improving the fire extinguishing performance of the fire extinguishing composition.
