The second water recirculation loop may be selectively used for cooling the propulsion device and for providing water to the retarder for water braking. COOLING SYSTEM
A cooling system for cooling a fuel cell on a vehicle includes a radiator, a branch portion connected to an outlet side of the radiator, a confluence portion connected to an inlet side of the radiator, a first passage and a second passage connected in parallel between the confluence portion and the branch portion, a fuel cell and a first pump provided in the first passage, a resistor and a second pump provided in the second passage, and a backflow preventer provided in the second passage. The first passage has no backflow preventer.

When the lower limit of fuel level or fuel temperature is reached in the at least one first pressure vessel, fuel is removed from the at least one second pressure vessel. If the fuel supply rate from the at least one first pressure vessel is lower than an overall fuel supply rate for an energy converter, fuel is removed from the at least one second pressure vessel to meet the overall fuel supply rate needed by the energy converter.

The energy or fuel sharing network system includes an energy or fuel sharing platform. The energy or fuel sharing platform includes a processor. The processor is configured to determine a location of the in-house fuel cell apparatus, and provide the location of the in-house fuel cell apparatus to the vehicle or a user device.
